    Showroom Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and engage showroom visitors, understand their project requirements and budgets, and recommend suitable tile and sanitary ware solutions.
    • Provide expert advice on tile sizes, finishes, layouts, quantities, and product applications to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, hardware retailers, and property developers.
    • Prepare quotations, follow up on outstanding proposals, negotiate sales, and close deals.
    • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through order processing and delivery.
    • Maintain attractive showroom displays that showcase new products and best-selling collections.
    • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain up-to-date customer, quotation, and sales records in the CRM system.
    • Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging interior design trends.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall showroom performance.

    Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

    • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in tiles, building materials, home finishes, furniture, sanitary ware, or premium retail.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into successful sales.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
    • Professional appearance with the confidence to engage high-value clients.
    • Strong networking and business development skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by sales performance and commissions.
    • Good organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Computer literacy is essential; experience using a CRM system will be an added advantage.

    Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts and periodic stock takes, and report stock variances, shortages, or overstock risks.
    • Supervise the daily activities of warehouse assistants and loaders, allocating tasks and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
    • Support the receipt and dispatch of goods by verifying quantities and documentation against delivery notes, invoices, and picking lists.
    • Operate a forklift for loading, offloading, and internal movement of goods while ensuring safe handling of fragile products.
    • Organize warehouse storage to maximize space utilization, facilitate efficient stock retrieval, and maintain clean, accessible work areas.
    • Enforce housekeeping standards, safety procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
    • Update the warehouse management system (SAP or equivalent) with stock movements and assist in preparing routine inventory and dispatch reports.
    • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects, document discrepancies, and escalate quality concerns.
    • Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
    • Deputize for the Warehouse Supervisor during periods of absence and support the smooth running of warehouse operations.

    Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

    • Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy warehouse environment, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or building materials sectors.
    • Valid forklift operating experience and the ability to safely handle warehouse equipment.
    • Working knowledge of SAP or another warehouse management system.
    • General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong planning, organizational, and inventory management skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a warehouse team.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
    • Physically fit, safety-conscious, self-motivated, and disciplined.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting operational deadlines.

    General Manager – Hospitality

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide overall leadership and management of the hotel, ensuring the achievement of operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
    • Coordinate and supervise all departmental functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Security, Maintenance, and Human Resources.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
    • Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and ensure profitability through effective revenue management.
    • Drive occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, and overall revenue through pricing strategies, reservations management, and sales initiatives.
    • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, responding promptly to guest feedback, and implementing continuous service improvements.
    • Lead marketing and business development initiatives to strengthen the hotel's market presence, attract new business, and increase customer retention.
    • Oversee procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships, and internal control systems to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
    • Supervise all maintenance, capital improvement, and property management activities to ensure the hotel remains in excellent condition.
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, health, safety, licensing, and hospitality industry requirements.
    • Prepare regular operational, financial, and performance reports for the Directors and provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance.
    • Foster a high-performance culture by recruiting, mentoring, training, and appraising departmental managers and employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.

    Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

    • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in a senior management position within the hospitality industry.
    • Demonstrated experience managing a full-service hotel, serviced apartments, or similar hospitality establishment.
    • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Reservations, Revenue Management, Finance, and Guest Relations.
    • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profit maximization.
    • Extensive experience in reservations management and revenue optimization, with a strong understanding of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and yield management principles.
    • Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and performance management skills.
    • Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
    • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Micros Fidelio and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
