    On-Site Artisan Trainer

    This role requires excellent communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with various people, such as construction workers,  architects, and engineers. In order to succeed, it’s important to know how to implement quality, health, and safety standards on site.

    Training artisan in the following Activities:

    1. Tiling
    2. Skimming
    3. Painting
    4. Doors installation
    5. Kitchen installations

    Your Responsibilities

    1. Expenditure & Manpower
    2. Create technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
    3. Prepare Training Schedule
    4. Produce training schedules.
    5. Determine course content according to objectives.
    6. Prepare Training Material
    7. Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
    8. Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
    9. Conduct Trainings
    10. Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
    11. Training Assessment
    12. Determine overall effectiveness of programs, observe and evaluate results of training programs.
    13. Quality Assuarance
    14. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.

    Skills

    1. Proven experience as an Artisan Trainer.
    2. Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
    3. Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
    4. Working knowledge in MS Office.
    5. Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
    6. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    7. Producing training schedules and classroom agenda.
    8. Determining course content according to objectives.

    Site Resources Coodinator

    The Role

    Compiles, analyses and maintains records of material, manpower and asset usage on a construction site with the goal to accurately determine construction costs of each activity.

    Responsibilities

    1. Resources Coordination
    2. Measuring, collecting, analysing and representing all construction-related data to manpower,
    3. materials and resources usage.
    4. Organising
    5. Coordinate with all site supervisors to ensure accountability for all resources.

    7. Detail oriented.
    8. Excellent communication skills.

    Project Coordinator

    The Role

     Assist project manager with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.
    Be able to organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget, for large scale residential and commercial building sites.

    Responsibilities

    Business Development Assistant

    Assist sales and marketing department in generating and qualifying new leads and moving them across the sales pipeline, until they are ready for a site visit. Should be equipped with well – researched information about target prospects, our company and all projects, build a solid understanding of the industry and sales process to spark meaningful conversations.

    Responsibilities

    1. Lead Management
    2. Generate new site visits through cold calling, email marketing, e.t.c.
    3. Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
    4. Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
    5. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convince the hot leads to come for a site visit and nurture warm and cold leads.
    6. Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software.
    7.  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
    8. Sales Management
    9. Understand how the sales process works and manage the sales pipeline .
    10. Participate in webinars, in-person events, conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities.
    11. Collaborate with other personnel in the sales and marketing departments to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.
    12. Report to the Head of Sales on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly results
    13. Research
    14. Understand the pain points faced by the prospects during communication. Identify if they’re looking for specific features. 
    15. Check for competitor products mentioned / used by clients and prospects during communication and the intent behind using them.
    16. Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers with other members of the sales team.
    17. Customer Care
    18.  Responsible for the client’s magical handover process. 
    19. Overseeing customer service process during handover.
    20. Interact with customers on a variety of channels and ensure that all valid concerns are being dealt with immediately.
    21. Planning and training the standardisation of service delivery.
    22. Come up with new ideas and innovations on the handover process.
    23. Excellent product knowledge.

    Skills

    1. A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
    2. 5 years work experience in a sales position
    3. Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing and communication may be advantageous.
    4. Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
    5. Good time management and analytical skills.
    6. Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
    7. Eloquence in communication.
