The Role

Compiles, analyses and maintains records of material, manpower and asset usage on a construction site with the goal to accurately determine construction costs of each activity.

Responsibilities

1. Resources Coordination
2. Measuring, collecting, analysing and representing all construction-related data to manpower,
3. materials and resources usage.
4. Organising
5. Coordinate with all site supervisors to ensure accountability for all resources.
6. Quantity surveying
7. Computes quantities of material required to complete a job.
8. Assistant To Project Cordinator
9. Assisting the Project Coordinator and Undertaking project tasks as required.
10. Documentation & Data Records
11. Assisting in updating and maintaining all construction-related inputs to the company ERP.
12. Project Admin
13. Providing administrative support as needed.

Skills

1. Degree in Construction Management or quantity surveying.
2. Advance spreadsheet program skills.
3. High proficiency in MS projects and Primavera.
4. Knowledge in Fidic Red Book of contracts.
5. Good critical thinking & troubleshooting skills.
6. Have good time-management skills.
7. Detail oriented.
8. Excellent communication skills.
