Job Objective:
To assist with managing, organizing and maintaining WIOCC’s data system.
Reporting Line: Network Administrator
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist to perform regular data quality checks and clean up any inconsistencies
- Work with IT and business teams to automate repetitive tasks within Network Administration
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support data migration, data entry, and validation processes
- Assist in the development and documentation of data management procedures
- Provide user support and training for data systems as needed
- Maintain a backup for all configurations done on each of the network equipment
- Assist with creation of ad hoc reports as needed
- Actively use and ensure data integrity of BSS systems
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in database systems (e.g., Oracle), Structured Query Language and Microsoft Excel
Minimum Experience & Skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Expert in SQL, Power BI or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Effective written and verbal communications skills evidenced by previous work history and accomplishments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to summarize and concisely share key information to all levels within the organization
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of networks and the underlying technologies is a plus
- Willing to work outside of normal office hours
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in Data Cleaning, Data Standardization and Data Validation processes
- Has automated or been involved in the automation of repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of relational databases and data querying languages
- Prior experience in a data-related or administrative role is a plus

Job Objective:
This dual-role position combines responsibility for managing the Group Academy and its learning programmes with leading the marketing activities that support the Academy, OATS, OAMS and broader organisational initiatives. The role ensures the effective development, coordination and implementation of training programmes while also managing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement, visibility and brand alignment across all learning platforms. In addition to Academy-related marketing, the role will also support wider Marketing Department activities outside of the Academy, contributing to broader brand, communications and promotional objectives across the group.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Academy Management & Learning Development
- Oversee the daily operation, content management and user engagement of internal and external Learning Management Systems
- Develop and design course content and training materials for internal and external audiences
- Design, implement and evaluate training programmes aligned with employee growth, compliance and organisational requirements
- Conduct learning needs analysis and collaborate with department heads to create tailored learning solutions
- Support HR in delivering induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Maintain and manage an annual training calendar across all delivery formats (virtual, classroom, blended)
- Track training performance, monitor completion, assess effectiveness and prepare reports for management and audits
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations and external training provider engagements
- Develop and support structured learning paths, certification programmes and career development pathways
- Promote and communicate all learning opportunities through internal campaigns and platforms
- Contribute to training budget planning, monitoring and cost optimisation
Marketing Management (Separate Duty Area)
Marketing Strategy and Leadership
- Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, engagement and adoption of the Group Academy, OATS and OAMS learning services
- Develop marketing plans that support both internal employee learning initiatives and external partner programmes
Brand Management
- Ensure all Academy and learning-related marketing outputs align with Group brand and communication standards
- Oversee the positioning, messaging, identity and brand consistency of all learning platforms and campaigns
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute internal and external marketing campaigns - including emailers, awareness drives, content calendars and engagement activities to boost training participation and programme uptake
- Produce and manage promotional assets such as videos, brochures, infographics, newsletters and digital content
Digital and Engagement Management
- Work closely with the Brand and Communications team to integrate Academy messaging into corporate communication channels
- Manage digital communication touchpoints for Academy-related promotions (Intranet, LMS announcements, email, Teams, social media where applicable)
- Analyse engagement metrics and campaign performance to optimise reach, impact and learner behaviour
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with HR, OATS, OAMS and various business units to ensure marketing support for all learning offerings
- Guide and support subject matter experts in packaging, communicating and promoting their training initiatives
Support for Wider Marketing and Product Activities
- Support broader Marketing Department activities outside of the Academy by contributing to organisational brand, communications, products and promotional objectives as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma (or equivalent work experience)
- Marketing and Brand experience required
- Professional certification in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or HR (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM) is an added advantage
Minimum Experience and Skills (5 – 10 years)
Experience
- Experience executing internal communications or marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage
- Prior experience designing training content and evaluating learning effectiveness is an advantage
