    Content and Editorial Manager

    • The Content & Editorial Manager will provide visionary, spiritual, and strategic leadership over all content across broadcast and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s Christ-centered mission. The role drives an integrated, digital-first content strategy that enhances audience engagement, strengthens brand identity and delivers both ministry impact and commercial value.
    • The position reports to Head of Media.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide Christ-centered leadership by modeling integrity, spiritual discipline, and active participation in ministry initiatives.Develop and execute a holistic, digital-first content strategy that integrates ministry objectives with audience growth and commercial outcomes.
    • Establish and enforce editorial standards, content policies and SOPs to ensure theological accuracy, quality and regulatory compliance.
    • Oversee the end-to-end content process from ideation to distribution ensuring consistency, relevance and excellence across all platforms.
    • Safeguard brand identity by ensuring all content aligns with organizational tone, visual standards and audience expectations.Drive audience expansion and engagement through data-driven insights, innovative formats and strategic content initiatives.
    • Champion research, emerging trends and new storytelling approaches to enhance content relevance, competitiveness and impact.
    • Build and lead high-performing teams through mentorship, collaboration and continuous professional and spiritual development.
    • Collaborate with technical, commercial and ministry teams while exploring strategic partnerships that enhance content reach and value.
    • Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, manage budgets effectively and drive continuous improvement through data and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
    • Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Master’s degree in communication or related fields is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Business acumen: a strong understanding of the media industry and business goals, with a focus on audience engagement and revenue.
    • Deep understanding of content strategy, digital storytelling, audience analytics, and media production workflows.
    • Proven ability to lead, build, and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary content teams within a dynamic, fast-evolving media ecosystem, fostering creativity, collaboration, agility, and continuous professional growth.

    Technical Manager

    The Technical Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, implementation, and management of broadcast and digital technology systems to ensure seamless, high-quality media operations. The role supports the organization’s digital-first vision by driving innovation, strengthening infrastructure reliability, and enabling effective multi-platform content distribution.

    This position reports to Head of Media.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap that drives digital-first growth, innovation, and seamless multi-platform content distribution.
    • Oversee end-to-end technical operations for TV, radio, and digital platforms to ensure high-quality production and uninterrupted service delivery.
    • Ensure consistent, high-quality signal transmission and distribution across all channels, maintaining broadcast standards and optimal audience reach.
    • Maintain high availability of all technical systems through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and rapid fault resolution.
    • Establish and manage redundancy systems, backup frameworks, and disaster recovery protocols to guarantee continuous broadcasting operations.
    • Drive integration of broadcast, IT, and digital systems while adopting emerging technologies such as IP broadcasting, cloud solutions, and streaming platforms.
    • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing technical team through structured performance management, training, and a culture of accountability and innovation.
    • Partner with content, commercial, and digital teams to align technical capabilities with programming, marketing strategies, and audience engagement goals.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance, ICT security, and effective management of budgets, assets, and vendor relationships while driving performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT, Media Technology, or related field (Diploma with significant relevant experience may be considered).
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in broadcast or digital media technical operations, with demonstrated leadership in technical teams.
    • Strong understanding of broadcast equipment, studio production systems, signal transmission, and digital content distribution (cameras, vision switchers, audio mixers, intercoms, lighting rigs etc.)
    • Knowledge of modern broadcast and digital workflows including streaming technologies, IP-based transmission, and hybrid broadcast systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced media environment.
    • Flexible and willing to work outside normal hours when required for live events or special productions.
    • Spiritually mature with a personal faith and values aligned with the ministry of Hope Media.

    Operations Lead

    The Operations Lead provides strategic and operational oversight to ensure the seamless functioning of all organizational processes, infrastructure, and services within Hope Media. The role ensures operational efficiency, risk management, and alignment of daily activities with the unit’s mission and Christ-centered values.

    The position reports to the Head of Media.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational goals, efficiency, and sustainable growth across all departments.
    • Streamline processes, standard operating procedures and operational workflows to maximize efficiency, minimize errors and improve service delivery.
    • Oversee allocation, utilization and maintenance of physical and financial resources to ensure operational sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements and safety standards while managing operational risks proactively.
    • Facilitate collaboration between content, technical, commercial and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with strategic priorities of the media house.
    • Track operational KPIs, prepare reports and provide insights for informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.
    • Lead operational projects, infrastructure upgrades and facility management to support media production, broadcast, and administrative functions.
    • Mentor, develop and motivate operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and excellence.
    • Promote adoption of new tools, technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, agility and impact.

    Requirements

    • Drive digital-first marketing initiatives including social media, streaming platforms, and online campaigns to expand audience reach, enhance engagement, and monetize digital content effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, sponsors, donors, and strategic partners, ensuring value-driven collaborations that support both commercial sustainability and ministry impact.
    • Work closely with content, technical, and operations teams to align programming, campaigns, and product offerings with market needs, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful audience experiences.
    • Develop and manage commercial and marketing budgets, monitor revenue performance, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and operational effectiveness.
    • Track marketing performance, audience analytics, and revenue metrics; prepare regular reports for leadership; and continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency, innovation, and impact.
    • Build a highly performing and effective commercial team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Strategic Leadership (e.g., CIM, AMA, or equivalent) is desirable.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a similar role, and leading high performing sales teams.
    • Strong networking and stakeholder relationship management skills.
    • Strong grasp of digital marketing ecosystems including analytics, content marketing, brand and social media strategy.
    • Proven track record in revenue generation, including advertising sales, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships, with demonstrated ability to build pipelines, negotiate, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed commercial targets.
    • Strong commercial acumen and business development with hands-on experience in monetization and conversion, including translating audience insights into revenue opportunities, optimizing pricing and offerings, and driving measurable ROI across broadcast, digital, and event platforms.
    • Awareness of Christian media landscapes and alignment of marketing strategies with faith-based content values.
