    Head of Sales & Operations

    1. SwifttDrop is a growing logistics platform redefining how businesses connect with customers through seamless, reliable and scalable delivery solutions. They are on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Sales & Operations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. This is a senior role that blends strategic sales leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring our merchants, riders and customers get the very best experience.

    Responsibilities;

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain merchants across multiple sectors.
    2. Lead, mentor and grow the sales team from recruitment to performance management.
    3. Build strategic partnerships with SACCOs, e-commerce platforms and corporate clients.
    4. Drive adoption of SwifttDrop APIs with partners like Jumia, Jiji and Pesapal.
    5. Oversee daily logistics operations: route optimization, rider management and service delivery.
    6. Track and manage key performance metrics, including deliveries, churn, rider performance and customer satisfaction.
    7. Own and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets (MRR & ARR).
    8. Implement incentive programs for sales reps and riders to boost growth and retention.
    9. Balance growth with cost efficiency through smart operational management.

    Required Specifications;

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or related field (MBA is a plus).
    2. 5+ years in sales and/or operations leadership — retail, logistics, tech, or e-commerce background preferred.
    3. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    4. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    5. Data-driven with experience in KPIs and financial metrics.
    6. Familiarity with last-mile logistics, rider networks, and e-commerce integrations is a big plus.

    Sales Representative

    1. SwifttDrop is a fast-growing logistics platform helping businesses deliver smarter, faster and at lower cost. They are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Representatives to drive merchant acquisition and adoption of their on-demand delivery solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

    Responsibilities;

    1. Identify, target and onboard new merchants (retailers, pharmacies, boutiques, e-commerce platforms).
    2. Pitch SwifttDrop’s unique value proposition — WhatsApp-enabled, on-demand and cost-saving logistics.
    3. Build and maintain merchant relationships to drive repeat business.
    4. Track performance and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    5. Gather merchant feedback to support product and service improvements.
    6. Collaborate with marketing to roll out campaigns and outreach initiatives.

    Required Specifications;

    1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
    2. At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS background preferred).
    3. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    4. Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking.
    5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
