    Electrical Technician

    Duties and Responsirobilities:

    The holder of this role shall be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electrical equipment at the client premises/sites or within the company’s premises.

    • Maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
    • Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
    • Perform general electrical maintenance.
    • Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
    • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
    • Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
    • Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
    • Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
    • Good knowledge of various test equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and fix electrical systems.

    Minimum Education Level

    • At least a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical and Electronics engineering
    • Professional Certifications – National Construction Authority (NCA)

    Minimum Experience

    • 1-2 years of experience working as an electrician

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements

    • Familiarity with electrical drawings and codes 
    • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment 
    • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities 
    • Ability to repair heavy electrical machineries 
    • Good communication skills and reporting skills.

    Key Competencies

    • Hands-on experience on electrical.
    • Extensive experience in the electrical installation field and be able to perform emergency repairs on their own, as well as take charge of troubleshooting their employees\' work.

    Job Summary

    • Our client is recruiting for a Finished Goods Stores Assistant who’ll be custodian of four finished goods chemical stores: Handles customer order processing, dispatch, loading, and stock replenishment from production. The role ensures accurate inventory control, safe handling of chemicals, and timely dispatch to customers or distribution teams.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Finished Goods Handling

    • Receive finished chemical products from production 

    Inventory Management

    • Maintain stock records (manual or ERP system) 

    Storage & Safety 

    • Store chemicals according to safety standards (temperature, labeling, segregation) 
    • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (Expiry-based) 

    Issuing & Dispatch

    • Issue finished goods based on approved requisitions/orders 

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and issue records 

    Stock Control & Audits

    • Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts & full inventory) 

    Qualifications

    • Diploma/Degree in: 
    • Supply Chain Management 
    • Logistics  
    • Industrial / Applied Chemistry (for chemical environments) 
    • Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems) 
    • Knowledge of warehouse operations

    Raw Materials & Packaging Stores Assistant

    Salary Budget Gross: Ksh 28,541

    Job Summary

    • The Raw Materials & Packaging Stores Assistant will be custodian of seven liquid and powder raw material and packaging stores. Primary function is kitting materials for production batches and receiving of the supplies for his own stores 

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Receiving & Inspection

    • Receive raw materials (chemicals, solvents, powders) and packaging materials (bottles, labels, cartons) 
    • Verify deliveries against purchase orders (quantity, batch number, condition) 

    Storage & Handling 

    • Store materials according to chemical compatibility and safety requirements
    • Ensure proper labeling, segregation (flammable, corrosive, toxic materials), and ventilation 

    Inventory Management

    • Maintain accurate stock records (ERP systems, bin cards, stock registers) 

    Issuing Materials to Production

    • Issue raw materials and packaging items based on approved requisitions 
    • Ensure correct quantities and batch traceability 

    Documentation & Record Keeping

    • Maintain:  
    • Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) 
    • Material Issue Notes (MIN) 

    Stock Control & Audits

    • Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full inventory checks) 
    • Reconcile physical stock with system records 
    • Investigate and report discrepancies, damages, or losses 

    Safety & Compliance

    • Follow all chemical safety procedures and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
    • Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals 
    • Keep the store clean, organized, and hazard-free 
    • Participate in safety drills and inspections 

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree in:

    General Stores & Inventory Coordinator

    Salary Budget Gross: Ksh 28,541

    Job Summary

    • The General Stores & Inventory Coordinator is custodian of five general stores . Successful candidate will serve as the central receiving point for all incoming supplier deliveries and is responsible for entering all bin card data from all 16 stores across the operation into our Google Sheets inventory system daily. The role ensures efficient storage, proper documentation, and optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Inventory Management

    • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems or stock registers 
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment 
    • Track stock movement (receipts, issues, transfers, returns) 
    • Implement inventory control methods like FIFO / FEFO 

    Stores Operations

    • Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of goods 
    • Ensure proper arrangement and organization of stock in the store 
    • Maintain clean, safe, and accessible storage areas 
    • Oversee handling of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods 

    Stock Control & Reconciliation

    • Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full stock audits) 
    • Reconcile physical stock with system records 
    • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions 
    • Minimize stock losses, damages, and expiries 

    Coordination & Planning

    • Coordinate with: 
    • Procurement (for ordering stock) 
    • Production / Operations (for material requirements) 
    • Sales / Dispatch (for order fulfillment) 
    • Ensure timely availability of materials and products 

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain and verify: 
    • Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) 
    • Delivery Notes 
    • Issue Vouchers 
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports 
    • Analyze stock trends and provide recommendations 

    Systems & Process Improvement

    • Use ERP or inventory management systems effectively 
    • Identify gaps in store processes and recommend improvements 
    • Implement best practices in inventory control 

    Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures 
    • Maintain safety standards in the store (especially for sensitive or hazardous items) 
    • Support audits (internal and external, e.g., ISO compliance) 

    Qualifications

    • 2–5 years experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory control
