    Manager, ESG & Climate Risk

    Job Purpose:

    The role ensures that the bank integrates ESG principles into its risk management framework, aligns with regulatory requirements, and enhances sustainability practices. This role involves risk assessment, policy development, and stakeholder engagement to mitigate ESG-related financial and operational risks.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop and implement ESG and climate risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
    • Assess and monitor ESG-related risks, including climate change, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance risks.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international ESG regulations, guidelines, and sustainability standards.
    • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and strategy teams to integrate ESG factors into enterprise risk management.
    • Conduct risk assessments on climate change impact, carbon footprint, and sustainability performance.
    • Provide advisory support to senior management on ESG risk mitigation strategies.
    • Track and report key ESG risk indicators, sustainability performance metrics, and climate-related financial risks.
    • Engage with regulators, investors, and stakeholders to promote ESG transparency and reporting.
    • Support the development of sustainable finance initiatives, green lending policies, and responsible investment practices.
    • Conduct training and awareness sessions on ESG and climate risk management.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as CFA ESG Investing, GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR), or equivalent are preferred.
    • At least 5-7 years of experience in ESG risk management, climate risk, or sustainability practices.
    • Strong knowledge of ESG regulatory frameworks such as TCFD, GRI, SASB, and IFRS Sustainability Standards.
    • Experience in climate risk modeling, carbon risk assessment, and sustainable finance

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ESG and climate risk management.
    • Excellent understanding of global sustainability trends and regulatory requirements
    • Ability to develop and implement ESG risk frameworks and reporting structures.

    Senior Relationship Manager – Manufacturing Sector

    Job Purpose:

    The purpose of this role is to lead the bank’s efforts in serving and managing customer relationships within the manufacturing sector. It will focus on understanding the specific financial needs of manufacturing businesses, developing tailored banking solutions, and driving the bank’s strategy to support this key sector. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client portfolios, providing expert financial guidance, and fostering long-term, trusted relationships with manufacturing clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong, trusted long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the manufacturing sector, including CFOs, CEOs, and other senior executives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high value manufacturing clients, understanding their financial needs and challenges.
    • Identify new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector and drive the growth of the client base.
    • Collaborate with the bank’s product and services teams to offer customized solutions such as working capital financing, trade finance, equipment financing, and cash management solutions.
    • Lead strategic initiatives to expand the bank’s presence and offering to manufacturing clients, including organizing events and outreach programs specific to the sector.
    • Identifying and developing new business proposals efficiently and expeditiously to ensure that potential new business opportunities are not lost to competitors.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and segment teams to align the bank’s manufacturing strategy with market opportunities and client requirements.
    • Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure that client proposals align with the bank’s risk management framework.
    • Recommend appropriate credit facilities, pricing, and risk mitigation strategies to support the manufacturing clients’ financing needs.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant financial certifications (CFA, FRM) is a plus.

    Experience

    • 8+ years of experience in Corporate or SME banking - relationship management, product knowledge and risk management with at least 3-5 years of experience working specifically with manufacturing clients.
    • Proven track record in managing large client portfolios and driving business growth in a banking or financial services environment.
    • Strong understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by manufacturing businesses, including financing, cash flow management, and working capital.
    • Sound knowledge of the Banking Act and the regulatory framework in the Financial Services Industry.
    • Able to apply financial knowledge and skills to achieve business goals.
    • Able to identify and minimize potential and inherent risks in banking.
    • Communicates effectively and is able to explain complex Business issues.
    • Track record of motivating, managing and developing individuals and teams to achieve results.
    • Proficient in the use of Banking and office management systems.

    Head of Solution Delivery

    THE ROLE PURPOSE

    The Head of Solution Delivery is responsible for driving the successful implementation and delivery of innovative digital banking solutions to customers, with a strong emphasis on API integrations. This role ensures that customer integration projects are executed seamlessly, meeting business objectives and technical standards for scalability, security, and performance. Acting as the bridge between customers, internal technical teams, and project management, the Head of Solution Delivery translates complex requirements into practical solutions, sets clear expectations, and oversees the entire delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, project management experience, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to guarantee high-quality outcomes and an outstanding customer experience. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain technical excellence, and guarantee seamless integration experiences for customers.Additionally, the Head of Solution Delivery works closely with Solution Delivery Managers in subsidiaries to ensure consistent standards, smooth collaboration, and timely execution across regions.

    Qualifications
