    Manager, Programs Analysis

    Key Responsibilities

    • Elicit, analyze, document and validate program justification and requirements as part of program planning
    • Apply project management tools and data management techniques for program improvements 
    • Identify program needs and priorities based on collected and analyzed data
    • Ensure all program enhancements and outcomes are well documented 
    • Monitor, measure and provide feedback on program performance as per respective program constraints and success metrics 
    • Tailor and Plan program governance in conjunction with respective Program and Project Managers 
    • In liaison with Project and Program Managers, facilitate continuous reviews through in readiness for presentation to available Governance committees.
    • Ensure that program review recommendations and actions are communicated to the relevant resources for follow through
    • Champion adoption and proficiency of program management practices within defined strategies and methods
    • Place stakeholders in touch with data to help find solutions to program problems.
    • Create, maintain and improve development and management of program artefacts. 

    The Person

    For the above position, the preferred candidate will meet the below criteria:

    • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
    • Project Management certifications preferred (APM, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, ITIL, PMI, etc.)
    • At least five years relevant work experience in financial analysis, including experience in the following areas:
    • Use of data analytic tools e.g.  Power or SAP BI, SQL, Oracle smart view, etc.
    • Business budgeting and performance management
    • Stakeholder management
    • Finance project delivery or management
    • 5 years’ working experience required.
    • 3 years Qualitative and quantitative methods for evaluation of program operations to determine their efficiency and effectiveness.        
    • 3 years of demonstrated ability to structure analysis, perform synthesis, and provide written reports and presentations that meet program objectives and timelines
    • 5 years Illustrated continuous learning & exploration – deep knowledge about business and problem domain, new trends in the industry and different analysis techniques     
    • 5 years solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both orally and in writing    
    • 5 years demonstrated strong initiative, self‐motivation, and ability to efficiently manage multiple simultaneous projects in diverse topics          
    • 3 years project Management Skills including prioritization, ability to multitask, Stakeholder management, conflict resolution skills

    Re- advertisement NBK Branch Manager Mandera

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to cash holding limits to ensure no excess cash is in the till at any given time.
    • Make accurate and timely postings of all customer teller & cash transactions.
    • Assist in the achievement of Branch growth & profitability targets to enhance productivity.
    • Ensure achievement of outstanding customer service standards when dealing with customers to ensure efficient customer service and customer retention.
    • Ensure recovery of all commissions in cases where recovery is not automated in order to maximize revenue collection.
    • Ensure all teller operations are as per the cashiers guide, and any other Bank policies in force.
    • Carry out end of day reconciliations and balancing as appropriate to ensure all the transactions are accurate and free of errors.
    • Ensure adherence to all Bank policies and procedures for Branch Operations and Bank Compliance. 
    • Ensure compliance with both internal requirements and external regulatory requirements within scope of operation.
    • Ensure compliance with all other relevant internal policies and Procedures as required within the office.
    • Maintain confidentiality of Bank data in line with the Bank’s Non-disclosure agreements and best practices. 
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

    Skills & Experience:

    • University Degree from a recognized University. 
    • Professional qualification in Banking, Sales / Marketing and Credit is as added advantage.
    • 6 months experience in branch operations.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Energetic and hands on individual with the ability to prioritize conflicting business demands with a bias towards action and resolving issues quickly.
    • Excellent interpersonal, team management and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
    • Sound knowledge of banking services, systems, processes, products and solutions including lending and credit administration. 
    • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
