    Marketing Coordinator

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns & partnerships, and overseeing marketing activities to generate leads and increase revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills, with experience in both digital and traditional marketing.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Marketing Strategy

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
    • Identify new market opportunities and target audiences

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Manage digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email, and paid ads
    • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities

    Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
    • Manage brand positioning and company image in the market

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage the marketing team and external agencies
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams.

    Budget & Performance Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget
    • Track marketing performance using KPIs and analytics
    • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
    • 3–7 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
    • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and projects.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA
    • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
    • Experience managing marketing teams

    Field Sales Representative-Fundraising

    Job Purpose:

    We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our fundraising team as a Face-to-Face Fundraiser. In this role, you will engage directly with the public and inspire them to support our cause through regular donations. You will represent our organization with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity, creating positive relationships with potential donors and promoting awareness of our mission.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engagement: Approach members of the public in various locations, such, events, or shopping malls, to initiate conversations about our cause and secure regular donations. 
    • Educate: Effectively communicate our organization's mission, programs, and impact to potential donors, highlighting the importance of their long-term support in achieving our goals.
    •  Fundraising: Raise a minimum of 18 long term recurring donations worth Kshs.1,200  and Kshs.14,000 as once off a month. 
    • Build Rapport: Develop genuine connections with individuals through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their concerns and motivations.
    •  Inspire Action: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to encourage individuals to commit to long term regular donations, emphasizing the significance of their contributions in creating positive change.
    •  Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing fundraising activities, ensuring ethical and transparent interactions with the public.
    •  Data Reporting: Accurately record donor information, interactions, and outcomes in our database, providing regular reports to management on fundraising progress and performance.

    Requirements
    Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum education qualification is diploma; a degree will be an added advantage.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in fundraising, hard core sales/marketing or customer service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create a connection easily.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, coupled with a genuine passion for our cause.
    • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a high target-driven environment.
