Responsibilities:

• Deploy creative strategies to build our brand using social media
• Administrate the creation and publishing of catchy, relevant, original, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You tube, blogs etc.
• Conceptualize new product campaigns or events for our e-commerce platform, together with our team
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
• Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Ensure consistent growth of likes, fans, followers, tweets, reach and engagement of our customers
• Running advert campaigns and managing budgets on Ad words and Facebook ads

As a Web Developer you will be developing and maintaining different e-commerce applications for our different web platforms.

You should be able to sit on the cutting edge of your field and unafraid to push forward with new techniques and new technology.

Kindly note:  This job needs someone who is a self-learner, capable of teaching yourself new skills and methods using the internet which you then apply to the work assigned to you.

You should also be a person who can self-manage themselves and require little or no supervision

Qualified candidates will be expected to immediately join a selected team to work on exciting  new projects

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge and  experience in developing web and mobile applications
• Strong PHP skills and experience with MVC frameworks
• Knowledge and experience with different database types, designing schemas and SQL
• Familiar with API’s, web services and different data formats
• Knowledge in web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiar with Subversion or Git
• Testing and debugging of website code on website
• Creative problem solving skills and a thirst for knowledge
• Enjoyment of interesting challenges and problem-solving
• Strong team player
• Good English language skills
