    Production Worker

    Responsibilities

    • All the production processes and profiling of roofing sheets
    • Maintaining and operating production equipment
    • Confirmation and dispatch of the final products.
    • Monitoring stock levels and reporting deficiencies in products or raw materials 
    • Tracking all production, Stock control and reconciliations
    • Managing wastes in production
    • Quality assurance to ensure production of final products as per specifications and requirements
    • Store products and materials
    • Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift 
    • Report on defective products or machinery 
    • Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products
    • Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery 

    Requirements

    • Candidate should be at least 25yrs but not above 40yrs
    • Diploma in mechanical Engineering
    • Experience of at least 3 years in a busy manufacturing company
    • Excellent strategic planning skills.
    • Possess strong leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Daily invoicing 
    • Management of accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections
    • Management of accounts payable and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
    • Posting of all sales receipts
    • Preparation of all cheques for payments
    • Management and accounting for petty cash
    • Management of purchases and proper recording of the same
    • Management of all bankings and preparation of bank and mpesa reconciliations
    • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Management
    • Stock management and reporting
    • Preparation of all documents and schedules for audit purposes
    • Other accounting duties as may from time to time be assigned to you

     

    Requirements

    • Candidate should be at least 30yrs but not above 40yrs
    • CPA (K) preferred but at the least CPA Part two
    • Experience of at least 3 years in a busy manufacturing company

    Marketing Officers/ Sales Reps

    Marketing officers

    • Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
    • Train and supervise sales teams to provide exemplary service to customers
    • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers
    • Meet or exceed sales goals as assigned by the Sales Supervisor
    • Schedule regular, in-person customer meeting, establish and maintain productive, long-term professional relationships with decision makers at customer organizations and create action plans for follow-up;
    • Close and grow sales through professional communication and interaction with current and potential customers and provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales cycle 
    • Identify, investigate, track and resolve customer concerns or complaints, identify trends, implement solutions, and recommend a course of action on how to alleviate these in the future
    • Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
    • Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
    • Communicate market requirements and market data with marketing and sales teams
    • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies

    Qualifications

    • Candidate should be at least 25 yrs but not above 40yrs
    • Degree/Diploma in sales and Marketing
    • Experience in sales and marketing and proven track record in closing sales
    • Proven end sales skills in prospecting, target management and creating market awareness
    • Capacity to identify target markets with commercial negotiation skills
    • Good knowledge and networks in the building and construction industry in Kenya
    • Well organized, self-driven, proactive and meets targets under minimal supervision
    • Possess excellent customer Service and negotiation Skills:
    • Possess excellent communication Skills
    • Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
    • Be willing to work on commission basis
