    Technician (Servers, Storage & Network) - Dell EMC, HPE, Lenovo

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Install, configure, and maintain physical servers and enterprise storage systems (Dell EMC, HPE, LENOVO).
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, including disk, memory, CPU, power supply, and backplane issues.
    • Configure RAID, storage volumes, and connectivity (SAN/NAS).
    • Perform firmware and BIOS updates as per OEM guidelines.
    • Manage server deployments, migrations, and replacements.
    • Collaborate with network and system administrators for system integration.
    • Log and track service calls, repair activity, and part replacements.
    • Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and support escalation.
    • Maintain documentation for assets, configurations, and service history.
    • Follow data center and customer-site safety and access protocols.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Information Technology.
    • ITI/Technical Certification in Computer Hardware and Networking (preferred for diploma holders).
    • OEM Certifications such as Dell EMC Certified Specialist, HPE, or Hitachi Vantara Certified Professional are highly desirable.
    • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Dell EMC, HPE, or LENOVO servers and storage systems.
    • Strong understanding of server architecture, RAID levels, disk arrays, and fault diagnosis.
    • Familiarity with storage protocols like iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS, and SMB.
    • Experience with with tools like ILO (HPE), iDRAC (Dell), and XCC (Lenovo).
    • Working knowledge of network systems, backup systems and monitoring tools.
    • Good understanding of data center practices (racking, cabling, power management).
    • Ability to read technical manuals and follow troubleshooting procedures.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
    • Good communication skills and professionalism when working at customer sites.
    • Willingness to work in shifts or travel to client locations if required.

    Technician Laptops & Desktops (Dell, HP & Lenovo)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops and desktops (e.g., motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, display).
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, and software applications.
    • Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on end-user systems.
    • Handle device upgrades such as memory, storage, and OS reinstallations.
    • Replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, keyboards, and logic boards.
    • Coordinate with service teams for warranty claims and parts ordering.
    • Maintain accurate service logs and repair documentation.
    • Provide remote or onsite support to resolve user complaints.
    • Ensure adherence to OEM service standards and safety protocols.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma or ITI in Computer Hardware & Networking, Electronics, or related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
    • Vendor certifications (e.g., Dell Certified Technician, HP ASE, Lenovo Certification) are highly desirable.
    • 2-3 years of experience in laptop/desktop troubleshooting and repair.
    • Hands-on experience with Dell, HP, and Lenovo systems (consumer and business models).
    • Strong knowledge of computer hardware architecture and repair tools.
    • Familiarity with BIOS configuration, OS installation, and driver setup.
    • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), antivirus, and security settings.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
    • Willingness to travel for onsite support (if required).

    Dedicated Printer Repair Technician (Hp & Canon) 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Install, configure, and test printers, multifunction devices (MFDs), and related hardware for customers.
    • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in printers, scanners, and copiers.
    • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure printers are functioning efficiently and minimize downtime.
    • Respond promptly to service requests and on-site breakdowns in a professional and customer-focused manner.
    • Replace worn or faulty components such as toner cartridges, rollers, drums, and fuser units.
    • Ensure all service activities and customer interactions are properly documented and reported.
    • Coordinate with service coordinators and spare parts teams for timely resolution and part replacements.
    • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
    • Provide technical guidance to users for basic troubleshooting and printer operation.
    • Follow safety guidelines & comply with manufacturer service standards, service certifications and warranty terms.
    • Keep up to date with the latest printer models, technology trends, and repair techniques.
    • Ensure proper care and handling of service tools, diagnostic equipment, and inventory.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, IT, Computer Hardware, or a related technical field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in printer servicing or repair (preferred).
    • OEM certifications (HP, Canon, Epson etc.) are a plus..
    • Strong technical knowledge of laser and inkjet printers, MFDs, and basic networking.
    • Ability to read service manuals and follow troubleshooting procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, printer software utilities, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
