    Trade Administrative Assistant-Nairobi

    JOB PURPOSE:        

    • The role is poised to ensure the proactive and timely delivery of administrative support to the trade function in Kenya and to successfully implement and execute the trade functional strategy and objectives.     Driver - Truck/Van

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • This individual will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation of event equipment, materials, staff, and supplies to and from event venues, warehouses, suppliers, and other locations.
    • The Driver will be responsible for ensuring that company’s vehicles, equipment, and loads are handled safely and professionally while supporting the successful and timely delivery of events.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Driving & Transportation: -

    • Drive company trucks and/or vans safely and responsibly as assigned.
    • Transport event equipment, furniture, décor, supplies, staff, and other materials to and from event sites.
    • Ensure timely collection and delivery of equipment and materials according to event schedules.
    • Plan routes and allow sufficient time for traffic, loading, unloading, and other delays.

    Event Logistics Support: -

    Operations Supervisor

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • This individual will be responsible for providing overall oversight of the company's day-to-day operations, office support, stores, logistics, and event activities, ensuring that resources, staff, suppliers, facilities, and equipment are effectively coordinated to deliver events and routine business activities efficiently, professionally, safely, and to client expectations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Office & Operations Management: -

    Health, Safety & Risk Management: -

    • Report incidents, accidents, damages, and safety concerns promptly.
    • Ensure safe handling, movement, storage, and use of equipment and materials.

    Reporting & Continuous Improvement: -

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
