Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience in technical support or engineering services, preferably involving engineering parts/components.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electromechanical components and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• ERP/technical CRM experience and knowledge of ISO or quality management systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on engineering parts and components.
• Troubleshoot product issues and recommend suitable parts or alternatives based on customer needs.
• Work with engineering and product teams to maintain accurate product information and technical documentation.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, product training, and launches
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely delivery and replacement of parts.
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved technical issues through to closure.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in product management, sales enablement, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer buying behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.

Added Advantages

• Hindi or Gujarati language skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and sales events.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product expert for the sales team, providing training, tools, and support.
• Work with product managers on product features, roadmap, and value propositions.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, demos, battle cards, and FAQs.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to improve product positioning.
• Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales activities.
• Assist sales teams with client meetings, RFPs, and product presentations.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to guide improvements.
• Ensure product capabilities are aligned with sales messaging.
