JOB PURPOSE
- The Sales Agronomist will be responsible for driving sales and market growth of agricultural inputs and related products by providing professional agronomic advice to customers, agrovet outlets, farmers, institutions, and other clients.
- The role combines technical agronomy expertise with sales and business development, ensuring customers receive the right products and solutions while achieving assigned sales targets and strengthening the company's presence in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers, including agrovet shops, distributors, farmers, commercial farms, institutions, and other agricultural businesses.
- Grow sales of agrochemicals, fertilizers, seeds, animal health products, and other agricultural/veterinary products.

Experience:
- At least 2–4 years' experience in agribusiness, agricultural inputs, agrochemicals, fertilizers, seeds, crop protection, or a related sales environment.

- The Fleet Coordinator Intern will support the day-to-day coordination and administration of the company’s fleet and logistics operations.
