Overview:

• We are looking for a customer-centric Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact for service and parts customers. The role involves identifying customer needs, coordinating service processes, and ensuring smooth billing and vehicle handover to enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving customers and accurately capturing vehicle details.
• Scheduling service appointments and tracking vehicles due for service.
• Performing service check-ups to identify requirements and potential needs.
• Preparing service and repair work orders in collaboration with workshop teams.
• Explaining quotations, upselling services, and providing regular updates to customers.
• Preparing invoices, gate passes, and conducting pre-delivery inspections.
• Handing over vehicles, explaining completed work, and collecting feedback.
• Promoting new offers and marketing campaigns to customers.
• Recommending service intervals based on vehicle application conditions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
• Completion of relevant Service Advisor training is an advantage.
• Strong automotive knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Picking Clerk to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely picking and issuing of parts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities:

• Timely picking and binning of parts in the warehouse.
• Logging failed picks and escalating to the warehouse coordinator.
• Filing approved picking documents for future reference.
• Updating pick time templates and replenishing bins from bulk storage.
• Flagging critical parts shortages and initiating replenishment requests.
• Driving a safety culture by using PPE and reporting incidents.
• Participating in 5S implementation and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
• Ensuring proper stacking, palletizing, and movement of goods.
• Delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive or Business-related field.
• CIPS or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Basic computer and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
