    Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

    About the job

    • We are looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with strong DevOps experience to lead and scale the cloud infrastructure of an AI-driven healthcare platform. This solution integrates multiple hospital systems into a unified platform, requiring high availability, robust security, and zero downtime.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and ensuring the stability of cloud infrastructure, leading DevOps practices across CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and security. This is a hands-on position, ideal for those who thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments.
    • Schedule~ Onsite | Monday to Friday | 9~00 a.m. to 5~00 p.m. ET

    Responsibilities~

    • Lead the design and continuous improvement of AWS infrastructure
    • Build and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines
    • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
    • Ensure reliability through monitoring, logging, and performance optimization
    • Manage incident response processes

    Role Overview:

    • As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, efficient, and fully compliant experience aligned with OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Your mission will be to combine strong administrative skills with a human-centered approach, optimizing medical schedules, coordinating clinical processes, and resolving patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide patient support with clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations in all interactions.
    • Manage medical schedules: identify available slots, restrictions, and opportunities for optimization (including double-booking when appropriate).
    • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic systems and internal tools.
    • Handle calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently.
    • De-escalate patient concerns using empathy and conflict resolution techniques.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
