    Internal Auditor

    Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular internal audits across sales, finance, inventory, and operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Review and evaluate vehicle sales transactions, pricing accuracy, discounts, and commission structures.
    • Audit inventory management systems, including vehicle stock, spare parts, and accessories, to prevent losses and discrepancies.
    • Assess effectiveness of internal controls in procurement, sales, and cash handling processes.
    • Monitor compliance with tax regulations, financing agreements, and dealership standards.
    • Prepare and present audit reports with findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to management.
    • Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations to ensure compliance.
    • Support external audits and regulatory reviews when required.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in automotive, retail, or FMCG sectors
    • Be 30 years of age or older.
    • Strong knowledge of audit principles, internal controls, and risk management
    • Knowledge of tax compliance and financial regulations
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
    • Data analysis skills (Excel, reporting tools)
    • Experience with fraud detection and forensic audits

    Sales Personnel

    Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels.
    • Present and demonstrate vehicles to clients, highlighting features, specifications, and benefits.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • At least 5 years Proven experience in sales (automotive sales preferred)
    • Be 30 years of age or older.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
    • Good understanding of automotive products and market trends
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Persuasive and confident presentation skills
    • Basic knowledge of financing and sales processes
    • Good understanding of customer service principles
