The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating audits, and supporting financial reporting across a portfolio of entities. This is a hands-on role suited to an accountant who is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Desktop, including supplier invoices, payments, receipts, journals, bank reconciliations, and credit card transactions across multiple entities.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and support timely month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, statutory compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, corporation tax, payroll-related remittances, and intercompany transactions, ensuring all balances are accurately reconciled.
- Coordinate annual audits by preparing supporting schedules, responding to audit queries, and liaising with external auditors and other stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly accounts for portfolio entities, ensuring consistent application of accounting policies, accurate period-end cut-offs, and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain reporting calendars, standardize accounting processes and working papers across entities, and provide financial analysis, cost reviews, treasury support, and other reports required by management.
- Support corporate and administrative finance activities, including invoicing, loan schedules, bank account administration, board documentation, and other ad hoc finance-related tasks.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA (K), ACCA, or active progress towards a professional accounting qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting multiple entities or within an outsourced accounting environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax legislation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel, including reconciliations and financial working papers. Experience with Jedox is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting multiple legal entities, cross-border operations, or group accounting environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

The role is responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, supporting office administration, maintaining records, and liaising with internal departments to ensure administrative activities are carried out effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s diary, appointments, official correspondence, and follow up on meetings, communications, and action items.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.
- Handle office reception, secretarial functions, record keeping, and prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and other documentation for the Director.
- Coordinate and document production morning briefs and follow up with management on operational updates and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate factory HR administrative activities in liaison with the Head Office.
- Oversee office support services, including supervision of cleaning and canteen staff, and manage office stationery, staff uniforms, and other office consumables.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
Key Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Management Secretary.
- Experience supporting senior management within a manufacturing, automotive, engineering, heavy fabrication, or industrial environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial accounting, billing and collections, treasury management, tax compliance, workshop financial administration, management reporting, and general office administration. This hands-on role requires a self-driven professional who can work independently, maintain strong financial controls, and support business operations while supervising a junior team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including the general ledger, fixed assets, fleet assets, and intercompany accounts, while preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage the full customer billing cycle, monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Oversee workshop financial administration, including invoicing, procurement of parts and consumables, inventory reconciliation, petty cash management, and profitability reporting.
- Prepare and process supplier payments, statutory remittances, payroll-related payments, and cash flow forecasts while monitoring foreign currency transactions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Kenyan tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements, while supporting internal and external audits.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and management reports to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
- Coordinate general office administration, maintain company records, liaise with banks, suppliers, auditors, and external stakeholders, and provide administrative support to management.
- Supervise and support the Finance & Administration Assistant, ensuring strong financial controls and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA (K), ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification (or actively pursuing one).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy accounting or finance role covering the full monthly accounting cycle.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax legislation, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel; experience with Jedox or other financial reporting systems is an added advantage.
- Experience within the leasing, automotive, logistics, or other capital-intensive industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise junior staff and work effectively across finance and operational teams.
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools to improve finance and administrative processes will be an added advantage.
