    Hass Avocado Sourcing Officer (Agriculture Sector)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for building reliable supplier relationships, negotiating competitive prices, ensuring quality and compliance with export requirements, and supporting the overall supply chain from sourcing through to export. At the initial stage, the role will also support the onboarding of an exporting company that will support exports.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the sourcing of quality Hass avocados from farmers, farmer groups, aggregators, and other reliable suppliers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers and suppliers to ensure consistent supply and competitive pricing.
    • Conduct and coordinate quality assessments to ensure Hass avocados meet the required quality, maturity, sizing, and export standards.
    • Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and other commercial arrangements with suppliers.
    • Monitor avocado availability, seasonal patterns, market prices, and supply trends to support effective sourcing and procurement decisions.
    • Manage supplier agreements and ensure that agreed pricing, quality, volumes, and delivery requirements are met.
    • Support export operations by coordinating with exporters and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
    • Ensure all required export documentation, certifications, permits, and compliance requirements are available and properly completed before each shipment.
    • Prepare regular sourcing and market reports, highlighting supply availability, pricing, quality issues, market trends, and recommendations for improving efficiency.

    Key Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Hass avocado sourcing, procurement, quality control, or agricultural supply-chain management.
    • Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
    • Good understanding of avocado quality requirements and export standards.
    • Experience in contract management and commercial negotiations.
    • Strong market awareness and ability to identify sourcing opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently, travel to farms/sourcing locations, and manage multiple suppliers.

    Human Resources Officer (Automotive) – Nairobi, Kenya

    The role will cover recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employee support, compliance, and general HR administration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, screening CVs, maintaining candidate records, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidates through the ATS.
    • Coordinate employee onboarding, prepare employment documentation in collaboration with HQ, collect required paperwork, facilitate orientation, and support employee exit processes.

    B2B Sales Manager (Retail) – Nairobi, Kenya

    This is a build role and the successful candidate will turn a respected craft brand into a repeatable B2B order book, reporting directly to the CEO.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the full B2B sales cycle across all three channels — prospecting, pitching, quoting, negotiating and closing.
    • Nurture existing and inherited accounts into loyal, repeat-ordering relationships
    • Grow the stockist network in Kenya and regionally, source potential clients, attend trade events, and build retailer relationships
    • Build a year-round gifting pipeline — corporates, banks, hotels, conference organizers and embassies.
    • Manage private-label and corporate manufacturing clients end to end — brief intake, costing with production, sampling with product development, and delivery.
    • Keep the CRM accurate — every lead, stage and close date — with a weekly pipeline review with the CEO.

    Regional Compliance Head of Africa (Telecommunication)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance, ethics training, governance oversight, REIT and legal reporting in the region. The role can be based in Kenya, Uganda or South Africa.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the regional compliance lead, overseeing implementation and effectiveness of the compliance and ethics framework across African markets.
    • Implement global compliance policies, provide Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidance, oversee risk management and reporting, including REIT reporting, and ensure alignment with corporate requirements.
    • Develop and deliver compliance, FCPA and Code of Conduct training for employees and vendors, promoting a strong culture of integrity, accountability and ethical business conduct.
    • Ensure required compliance provisions are incorporated into third-party agreements, review negotiated compliance terms, and oversee regional OFAC/sanctions screening.
    • Lead and coordinate ethics and compliance investigations with local legal teams, internal stakeholders and external advisors, providing legal guidance on privilege, confidentiality, evidence preservation, remediation and reporting obligations.
    • Monitor the performance of the compliance function, establish and track KPIs, identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements and efficiencies.
    • Provide timely compliance advice to internal stakeholders, prioritize regional compliance requirements and manage external counsel and service providers where necessary.
    • Lead, supervise and develop the Regional Internal Affairs/compliance team, establishing objectives and performance expectations while fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and high standards of delivery.

    Key Qualifications

    • Graduate degree in law and admission/licensure to practice in a relevant jurisdiction; postgraduate specialization in corporate law, international business or a related field preferred.
    • Progressive legal experience, preferably within a multinational organization, including at least 5 years as legal counsel in a multi-market or cross-border role.
    • Strong understanding of international compliance principles, regulatory requirements and legal practices across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Demonstrated ability to apply legal expertise and commercial judgment to complex business matters, resolve conflicts and provide practical, policy-compliant solutions.
    • Ability to formulate and clearly articulate legal recommendations and work effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders across functions, cultures and geographies.
    • Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and organizational skills, with demonstrated capacity to manage substantial and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, with the ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve legal and compliance processes, productivity and decision-making.
    • Strong academic credentials, current knowledge of legal and business trends affecting multinational organizations in Africa, fluency in English, and additional African language capabilities considered advantageous.
