We are seeking to engage the services of a talented Voice-Over Artist on a need-based basis to support our audio and video production projects. Responsibilities

The selected Voice-Over Artist will:

•  Provide professional voice-over services for commercials, explainer videos, e-learning modules, corporate narrations, animations, and other audio-visual projects.
•  Interpret scripts with appropriate tone, pacing, and emotion to match project requirements.
•  Deliver high-quality, clear, and well-articulated recordings in various styles (e.g., conversational, authoritative, playful, or dramatic).
•  Ensure timely delivery of recordings with minimal need for retakes.
•  Collaborate with our production team to align voice delivery with project vision.
•  Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal consultant(s) for this assignment should possess the following qualifications and experience;

•  Proven experience as a voice-over artist (portfolio or demo reel required).

•  Professional-grade recording equipment (high-quality microphone, soundproof environment, and editing software) to deliver studio-standard audio.
•  Strong diction, pronunciation, and vocal control.
•  Ability to take direction and adjust delivery based on feedback.
•  Experience working with creative agencies, media houses, or e-learning platforms is a plus.
•  Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Swahili, French, or local dialects) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

The consultant(s) will be required to;

•  Undertake an initial consultation with Digimatt to understand the specific requirements, target audience, and desired functionalities of the proposed website.
•  Curate a detailed project plan outlining the timeline and deliverables
•  Design and develop a responsive website with a modern and visually appealing interface with the relevant menus and sub-menus, and links to social sites.
•  Incorporate features for user registration, community forums, and interactive tools to foster collaborative and engagement with network members and external users.
•  Embed multimedia elements such as photo galleries, videos, and infographics to enhance the network’s visibility, engagement with stakeholders, and storytelling.
•  Ensure the website’s compatibility with various devices and browsers to provide a seamless user experience.
•  Implement a robust security system and measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized website access.
•  Develop a comprehensive user manual and deliver training to the system administrators and support staff on how to effectively perform content uploads, system maintenance, and update the website independently.
•  Initiate a comprehensive testing of the website to identify and address bugs and/or usability issues prior to the website’s launch.

•  Implement a content management system (CMS) for easy content updates and management by the designated website administrators.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal consultant(s) for this assignment should possess the following qualifications and experience;

•  At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in web development, with a strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
•  Demonstrated expertise in creating visually appealing and navigation-friendly websites, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and user experience.
•  Proficiency in Java for implementing interactive elements and enhancing user interactivity on web pages.
•  Familiarity with server-side frameworks such as Python, Ruby, PHP, Java, ASP, and ASP.NET is a plus.
•  Experience with database systems such as SQL and Oracle, including database design, querying, and integration into web applications is a plus.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
•  A portfolio showcasing previous web development projects and highlighting the candidate’s design capabilities and technical expertise.
•  Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), as it plays a crucial role in optimizing website visibility and driving organic traffic.
