    Business Analyst

    The Business Analyst-Global Pathways Advisory & Applications supports ISP’s mission by strengthening both advisory and application services for academic study, permanent residency, and vocational training pathways abroad. The role focuses on analyzing data, improving advisory and application processes, and translating complex global education and migration systems into clear, scalable guidance and execution frameworks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and map academic, PR, and vocational pathways, from eligibility assessment through application submission and outcomes.
    • Track and analyze applicant data, timelines, success rates, and conversion metrics across advisory and applications.
    • Support the design and improvement of application workflows, document checklists, timelines, and quality controls.
    • Develop reports and dashboards to inform pathway performance and operational efficiency.
    • Translate education, immigration, and training policies into structured advisory and application frameworks.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • 2+ years of experience in analysis, education programs, admissions, or career advising.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    Field Recruitment Specialist

    The Field Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling candidates into ISP’s Academic and Non-Academic Global Pathways. These include academic study abroad, as well as vocational training, cultural exchange and permanent residency pathways. The role is field-focused and centered on outreach, relationship-building, and candidate support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit potential candidates for both academic and non-academic ISP pathways
    • Conduct school, community, and partner outreach activities
    • Deliver information sessions to prospective candidates and families
    • Guide candidates through initial assessments and application steps
    • Build and maintain relationships with schools, training institutions, and community partners
    • Track recruitment activities and submit field reports

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 1 year experience in recruitment, outreach, or community engagement
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field
