    Content Marketing Associate

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop creative content that will grow our community across social media platforms and newsletter subscriptions.
    • Grow and expand company social media presence.
    • Increase engagement and brand awareness across existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
    • Promote community events using social media channels.
    • Create and implement social media marketing plans and editorial calendar.
    • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
    • Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments in order to present results
    • Scale and automate the growth processes.
    • Develop a holistic media strategy that drives the business forward efficiently and at scale.
    • Develop social media campaigns with scope and KPIs that set each program up for success.

    Qualifications

    • Can work with Faith-based organizations
    • Has a passion for creativity, social media, marketing, and engaging people
    • Has access to good internet connectivity and a computer
    • Has an understanding of social media metrics, the ability to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
    • Has Graphic design and photo/video editing skills. You do not need be a Photoshop master (yet), but must at least know Canva or be able to create graphics or thumbnails in another software
    • Is willing to learn and grow with the organization
    • A self-starter with a passion to grow businesses from the ground up
    • Has editing and copy-writing skills
    • Has good knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing
    • Is performance and result-oriented
    • Is curious and creative
    • Is relentless in the pursuit of growth

    Matron

    Responsibilities

    • Management of the boarding facility including taking full responsibility for the development, review and communication of the boarding schedule, boarding requirements and boarding rules.
    • Take charge of discipline for the boarders by ensuring that institutional philosophy is fairly and reasonably at all times adhered.
    • Be involved in the children’s extra-curricular activities – this includes boarding house activities and recreational activities such as entertainment, sports and any other chosen activities.
    • Ensure that reports are compiled and shared as per the institutional management policies.
    • Ensure that sufficient resources and time are allocated to designated staff in the boarding house to discharge their responsibilities.
    • Responsible for the supervision of boarding assistants and ensuring that they are performing their tasks as expected and as per their job descriptions
    • Fostering mutually respectful relationships with parents, guardians, management, staff and all stakeholders.
    • Ensuring high standards of personal grooming, health and safety of the learners.
    • Attend to sick learners; keep a record of their progress and ensuring that they are well taken care of.

    Requirements

    • A mature female.
    • In depth knowledge of a school environment will be an added advantage.
    • Preferably a Christian.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in running a reputable private institution
