    Director, Consulting

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership/Supervisory Role

    1. Manage the consulting practice through people management, delivery management, and client engagement.
    2. Identify leads, or oversee the development of customer-facing business solutions and offerings that have an impact on the market.
    3. Manage and plan the business operations and resources.
    4. Lead the management team and/or senior-level individual contributors.
    5. Accountable for managing and growing a substantive revenue stream and customer base.
    6. Formulate and implement the consulting strategy.
    7. Resolves staffing issues for very complex engagements.

    Private Sector Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Provide leadership and lead Practice-level Private Sector Practice. Develop PSD strategy and lead its implementation. Provide thought leadership for the practice.
    2. Manager, PSD will pro-actively grow and deepen relationships with corporates, DFIs, and foundations. Convene the right stakeholders, and rapidly implement and scale solutions. Will work to identify, market, and fundraise for partnerships and programs by assisting in developing various concept notes and lead co-creation processes; identify enterprise development opportunities to fill gaps in the broader development ecosystem; and provide high quality consulting services that are of interest to both current and prospective clients.     Climate Change Adaptation Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    Sustainability Advisory Services Support

    1. Provide the team and partners with technical advice on climate change adaptation substantial matters including strategies to guarantee that issues such as gender equality, disaster risk reduction and synergies with mitigation measures are undertaken.

    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    BD Strategy

    1. Develop annual BD strategy and ensure its implementation including practice wise and geographically.
