    Deputy Director, Programmes and Projects Coordination (PA-K GRADE 3)

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

    1. At least ten (10) years relevant work experience, five (5) of which must have been at a management level
    2. Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Education, Sociology, Social Work,  Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Project Planning and Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
    3. Masters degree in any of the following fields: Education, Sociology, Social Work,    Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Project Planning and Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
    4. Certificate in Management Course lasting for at least four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
    5. Membership to a relevant professional body;
    6. Proficiency in computer applications skills;
    7. Met the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya;
    8. Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results

    Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinating development and review of standards, guidelines, tools and   methodologies on the implementation of programs and projects
    2. Initiating youth development programs and projects that inculcate core national     values and facilitating young people to contribute to national development priorities
    3. Identifying and franchising commercial and operating centers; managing programs and projects in line with the International Award standards
    4. Coordinating programme participants’ field activities; accrediting assessors; coordinating volunteer engagement; liaising with relevant stakeholders on programme development and awarding of certificates
    5. Initiating the development and adoption of PA-K’s digital tools including the Online Record Book roll out, PA-K database and the Online Learning Hub roll out
    6. Guiding the PA-K’s adoption and use of digital space to drive Brand awareness for growth, including; Brand Centre use, Social media and Website use and online global and National campaigns to support PA-K’s Programme Growth
    7. Participating in the formulation of policy documents on PA-K Strategy
    8. Undertaking the monitoring, evaluation and reporting on progress in the implementation of the digital platform roll out plan
    9. Guiding the preparation of plans to facilitate achievement of the digital platform goals; and initiating the identification of key partners to support the implementation of PA-K’s digital platform plans

    Job Term: Five (5) year contract renewable once

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

    1. implementing programs and projects in line with the International Award standards

    Senior Human Resource Management Officer (PA-K GRADE 5) | HR/003/2022

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

    1. At least four (4) years relevant work experience;
    2. Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant qualifications;
    3. Supervisory course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution;
    4. Proficiency in computer applications;
    5. Membership with Institute of Human Resource Management in good standing

    9. reviewing periodic progress reports;
    10. coordinating the preparation of budgets and HR procurement plans
    11. Providing guidance on development and updating of the human resource database;

    13. processing disciplinary cases for relevant disciplinary committees;

    Information Communication Technology Officer (PA-K GRADE 6) | ICT/004/2022

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

    1. Bachelors Degree in any of the following fields: Information Technology, Computer Science,   Business IT, Software Engineering, ICT Project Management, Computer Engineering or other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

    1. Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance option), Business Management (Accounting or Finance option), Business Administration (Accounting or Finance option) or other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution

    Senior Driver (PA-K GRADE 8) | DR/008/2022

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

    1. At least served as a Driver for at least four (4) years;
    2. Minimum KCSE C- (minus) or its equivalent;
    3. The Occupational Trade Test II Certificate or its Equivalent
    4. A valid driving license free from any current endorsements(s) for classes of the vehicles the driver is required to drive;
    5. A defensive Driving Certificate from the Automobile Association of Kenya (AA) or its equivalent qualification from any other recognized institution;
    6. A valid Certificate of Good Conduct;

    5. Monitoring and reporting expiry of insurance policies for motor vehicles;
    6. Preparing and submitting reports on transport when need arises
    7. Carrying out minor mechanical adjustments; and
    8. Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle assigned

    Requirements for Appointment
