    Shop Attendants

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Present purchase offers to sellers.
    • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
    • Performing cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers.      
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    • Understanding and promoting company programs.
    • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
    • Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

    Professional Qualification/Job requirements

    • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any business-related field preferably in Accounting or Finance.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience in FMCG.
    • A commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills are essential.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within schedule.

    Pump Attendant

    Job Purpose:

    • Maintaining and upholding Standard Operation Procedures.
    • Builds customer loyalty by representing and promoting the business through delivering the Customer Promise.
    • Conducts all product sales transactions accurately.
    • Actively pumps and fills customer vehicles with the required fuel.
    • Increases sales through actively selling and promoting products on the forecourt by selling Lubricants, LPG, LPG accessories and other white products i.e. Kerosene

    Cook

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, marinating, and cubing meats, vegetables, and fruits.
    • Make soups and stocks, according to specified recipes, making sure that the right amount of seasoning is used.
    • Assist the restaurant management in creating recipes.
    • Cook nutritious meals, according to standardized protocols, ensuring that cleanliness is priority.
    •  Perform portioning activities on trays or platters, by following set instructions.
    • Ascertain that patients’ meals are delivered to them promptly so that they can take their medicines on time.
    • Oversee the cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen areas, such as counters, floors, and walls.
    • Perform predictive, preventative, and regular maintenance on kitchen appliances such as stoves, ovens, grills, fridges, and freezers.
    • Ascertain that food rotation activities are timely performed, so that food spoilage is kept in check.
    • Scheduling activities and equipment use with managers, using information on daily menus to help coordinate cooking times.
    • Verifying that prepared foods meets requirement for quantity and quality.

    Product Designer

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Lead UX efforts necessary for the success of a <new idea/innovation project> including user research, creating personas, establishing customer journeys and user flows, wireframing, interaction design, visual design, high-fidelity prototyping, user testing and validation, and implementation
    • Assist business teams in developing ideas from the initial problem statement through to defining features.
    • Work in an iterative manner rooted in user validation and feedback to build products with a high chance of success
    • Communicate often and effectively with technical and non-technical team members to facilitate a smooth collaboration and make sure the project stays on track
    • Organize and lead UX workshops as needed based on the specific requirements of the project.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Recent portfolio demonstrating a thorough understanding of UX processes and user-centered design
    • 5+ years of experience as a UX designer that has successfully shipped mobile and web products, with at least 2 years of experience doing end-to-end UX
    • Expertise in using Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or other similar tools
    • Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
    • Mindful of designing for accessibility
    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely delivery of artefacts
    • Experience working with a diverse team situated in multiple timezones
    • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure to manage competing demands
    • Must be a creative problem-solver with a strong customer focus
    • Must be a team-player with the ability to establish high-trust professional relationships quickly
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends in design and technology
    • Experience working in the finance/payments industry and/or start-ups a plus
