    Recruitment Team Coordinator

    The Job

    You are responsible for the recruitment of new Triggerise colleagues!  This includes taking responsibility for the hiring process from job advertising to shortlisting applicants, directly searching for candidates, and guiding them through each step. You’ll’ prioritize Triggerise’s recruitment needs, and mentor the recruitment team.  

    • Actively search for candidates across Africa, India and Europe. 
    • Work closely with hiring managers in order to coordinate, and streamline the hiring process.
    • Pre-screen applicants, ensuring they’re a fit from both a skills, and culture perspective.
    • Manage the recruitment pipeline and prioritize vacancies to manage team workloads. 
    • Write and post job adverts on various platforms, including Glassdoor and Indeed.
    • Work together with hiring managers and the CPO to compile and finalize job descriptions.
    • Coach and mentor team members.

    About you

    You enjoy interacting with people and have a natural ability to put people at ease, for example, when conducting pre-screens. You are a good communicator and take time to listen to applicants, and requirements from hiring managers. Having recruited on a global level, you’re confident recruiting across multiple locations.

    • 4+ years of recruitment experience in an agency, or in-house.
    • Experience recruiting across a number of disciplines, including Technology specialists.
    • A keen interest to coach and mentor team members
    • An eye for detail and the ability to spot a relevant application.
    • Experience in directly searching for applicants.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.

    Government Liaison Officer

    The Job

    The role of Government Liaison Officer is to be based within Government offices, ensuring that Triggerise is able to move forward and reach our targets.  This will be achieved by:

    • Creating strong alliances across national and county government, participating in any groups relevant to Triggerise,
    • You will sit in the office of the Ministry of ICT and Youth Affairs (MoICTYA) to support the implementation of our project
    • You are the point of contact that aligns our operational execution with stakeholder wishes and demands.
    • You make sure you’re aware of our operational results and proactively address any issues that arise.

    About You

    You are a real do-er when it comes to work, and are able to support Triggerise in fulfilling deliverables, using your relationship building and communication skills within The Government at various levels.

    Requirements

    • You are a very proactive person, with the ability to inform, influence, negotiate and connect with the relevant people.  
    • You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a range of tasks when facing competing deadlines
    • You’re a clear, compelling communicator, and are able to best represent Triggerise when communicating with Stakeholders.
    • You have experience of communicating your findings in a range of forums

    Ecosystem Trainer

    The Job

    The Ecosystem Trainer will work closely with all actors across Triggerise Ecosystems to ensure that they can work with our platform and it’s offers. You’ll do this by: 

    • Conducting training when a new clinic, provider or retailer is onboarded onto our platform. This training will ensure that the actor is aware of how TIko works and their role in the ecosystem, our standard operating procedure, our code of conduct and other policies they would need to comply with. 
    • Tracking inventory of all actors on the platform and whether each actor has a sufficient number of people that have been trained on Tiko at all times. 
    • Updating actors when new offers are introduced on the platform, and providing the training on how these can be accessed, and on how they work. 
    • Identifying, preventing and responding to and mitigating any kind of fraud in any ecosystem that you work in. This will involve flagging and reporting any suspicious activity or breaches of our code of conduct and standard operating procedures. 

    About you

    You are tech-savvy and proficient in mobile, messaging and the use of applications. You have brilliant interpersonal skills and are able to lead a team. You’re a problem solver, who has the ability to innovate and improve the way that work is done. 

    Requirements

    • A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
    • 2-4 years of working experience in a similar area.
    • You are approachable and work well in a team.

    Programme Lead

    The Job

    The Programme Lead coordinates and oversees the implementation of the donor-funded projects assigned to them, making sure we implement effectively, meet results, comply with requirements and optimize communication and reporting to our donors. 

    Responsibility areas:

    • Operational execution: Overseeing the operational execution of the projects assigned to you, to ensure implementation aligns with donor requirements and meets the goals and objectives on time and in full.
    • Grant management: Monitoring grants to ensure that we comply with donor regulations and that all relevant documentation is in place and periodically reviewed.
    • Business development: Assisting in proposal development/writing as needed.
    • Donor and partner relations: Maintain relationships with donors and partners involved in the projects in your area.
    • Risk & Compliance: Identifying compliance risks in your portfolio and advising and supporting others in the organization when actions need to be taken. 
    • Reporting: You deliver high-quality reports that meet donor requirements.
    • Capacity Building: Training of stakeholders in the particulars of your projects. 

    About You

    You’re a confident individual, with great interpersonal skills, enjoy working across multiple teams, have an ability to bring people together, and represent Triggeriese in front of donors and at public events.

    Essential skills:

    • You are based in Kenya.
    • You have previous experience as a Programme Lead/ Programme Manager or relevant position.
    • You have a clinical background and graduation, preferably in SRH (Sexual Reproductive Health).
    • You have experience in maintaining positive relationships with donors and partners for projects within your area.
    • You have global fund experience.
    • You are good at writing reports, delivering presentations, and responding efficiently to donor requests.
    • You have strong interpersonal skills, can work across teams, and bring people together.
    • You are thorough, organized, and pay attention to detail.
