    Personal Driver

    Role Description

    • As a Personal Driver you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for the client. Your duties will include driving the vehicle, maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, following all traffic laws and regulations, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the client during their journeys.

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
    • Proven experience as a personal or professional driver
    • Familiarity with roads and traffic regulations
    • Excellent navigation skills and the ability to use GPS systems
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Punctuality and reliability
    • Good physical stamina and a neat appearance
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
    • Flexibility to work extended hours or on weekends, if required
    • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

    Human Resource Assistant

    Responsibilities

    •  Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
    •  Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
    •  Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    •  Monitoring employee performance and attendance.
    •  Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
    •  Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
    •  Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
    •  Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
    •  Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
    •  Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
    •  Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
    •  Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    •  Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    •  Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
    •  Organising staff training.
    •  Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures. prepairing reports

    Requirements and skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
    • Proven experience as HR atleast 2 years
    • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, outsourcing, ermployee relation etc.)
    • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
    • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    • Strong ethics and reliability
