Photographer & Video Editor (Entry-Level) at Artcaffe Coffee and Bakery

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video content across food, beverage, store environments, events, and campaigns
• Edit footage into content for social media, digital ads, in-store screens, and web
• Capture and edit food/product photography to a premium hospitality standard
• Manage lighting, composition, and styling on set, including coordinating with food stylists where needed
• Organize, catalogue, and archive raw and edited assets
• Color grade and ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all three concepts
• Support occasional event coverage (launches, activations, press days)
• Use Al tools where useful to speed up editing, color grading, or content variations

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in photography, film, multimedia production, or similar (or a strong portfolio/reel that speaks for itself)
• Proficiency with a DSLR/mirrorless camera and basic lighting setups
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for editing (or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing
• An eye for composition, framing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple shoots/edits and tight turnaround times
• Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of footage and images

Nice to have

• Experience shooting food or hospitality content specifically
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects)
• Experience with Al-assisted editing or content tools
