    QSSK-RT-DCSE-Digital Content and Social Media Executive

    Job Summary

    • Are you a LinkedIn wizard with a knack for creating compelling digital content? Do you have a passion for driving engagement and building strong online communities? If so, we want you to join our team at Optimise Outsourcing as our LinkedIn Digital Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in elevating our LinkedIn presence and leveraging digital marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in the dynamic e-commerce sector. Your creativity and expertise will be instrumental in crafting a strong brand narrative and connecting with our target audience across various social media platforms.

    Key duties & responsibilities

    LinkedIn Optimisation and Management:

    • Update and maintain professional visuals for the LinkedIn profile with emphasis in outsourcing services relevant to e-commerce businesses.
    • Create and manage LinkedIn Showcase Pages for promoting specific products.

    Content Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a value-oriented content strategy, including regular posts, case studies, success stories, and industry insights.
    • Produce engaging video content addressing e-commerce challenges and showcasing client testimonials.
    • Share relevant insights and trends in the e-commerce sector to position the company as a thought leader.

    Engagement and Network Building:

    • Actively participate in LinkedIn discussions, comment on posts by industry leaders, and respond to comments on the company’s posts.
    • Join and engage in LinkedIn groups related to e-commerce and SMEs in the UK.
    • Host webinars and live sessions on outsourcing challenges and solutions for e-commerce businesses.

    Employee Advocacy:

    • Encourage employees to maintain polished LinkedIn profiles and share company posts.
    • Conduct training sessions to help employees optimise their profiles and effectively engage with content.

    Client Testimonials and Recommendations:

    • Regularly request and showcase client recommendations and testimonials on LinkedIn.
    • Share detailed case studies highlighting measurable results and client satisfaction.

    Targeted LinkedIn Advertising:

    • Utilise LinkedIn’s advertising tools to reach decision-makers in SMEs within the e-commerce sector.
    • Craft personalised InMail messages to key decision-makers, introducing services and offering consultations.

    SEO and Keywords Optimisation:

    Analytics and Adaptation:

    • Regularly review LinkedIn Analytics to monitor performance and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.

    Other Social Media Marketing Roles:

    • Proven ability to handle and engage with other social media platforms.

    Skills and qualifications

    • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and other major social media platforms.
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, tools, and best practices for business growth.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to create compelling content and engage with a professional audience.
    • Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimisation.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.


    • Experience in the e-commerce or outsourcing industry.
    • Graphic design skills for creating visual content.

    QSSK-BOC-CC-Commis Chef


    • Commis chefs are Junior chefs who work to support a chef de partie or deputy chef in a commercial kitchen. They perform cooking, cleaning, delivery, and other support duties as instructed by the chef de partie. Commis chefs help ensure that a kitchen’s operations run smoothly.


    • Follow a high standard of culinary services offered to our guests, with attention to detail in preparation and presentation.
    • Be flexible and solution orientated.
    • Perform duties according to a daily production sheet or customer flow.
    • Perform duties at designated station or other area as decided by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Senior Chef on Duty.
    • Reading recipes and be able to prepare & cook the dishes as specified in the recipe.
    • Maintaining a safe clean and hygienic work environment.
    • Responsible for the mise en place.
    • Preparing and presenting dishes as per the brand menu.
    • Required to follow standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain quality standards of production and presentation.
    • Responsible for ordering, stock take and recipe optimization


    • High school qualification and Tertiary collage training in food production.
    • Due to the nature of the business, you will need to be flexible as shifts will include our various peak times of morning, lunchtime & evening, weekends & holidays.
    • Previous experience working in a similar environment preferred.
    • Ensure food production methods and all meals are delivered to the required quality standards at the specified times to create a consistent customer experience and avoid any service failures or penalties.
    • Previous experience-minimum of 3 years in a large production Kitchen
    • Able to multi-task
