    QSSK-VV-HBC-Head of Marketing & Communications

    Summary

    • Our client is seeking a Head of Brand Marketing & Communications will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be primarily concerned with developing and implementing marketing and communications strategy.
    • The role requires a combination of strong marketing, branding and communication skills. You will lead our marketing functions, helping to drive strong business results – and working towards our goal of becoming the leading Made in Africa fashion brand. You will have primary responsibility for customer acquisition and brand engagement and your main focus will be ensuring that our marketing and communication engagement efforts align for success.
    • You will be responsible for delivering integrated marketing programs across our various channels (digital & brick-and-mortar), driving awareness, new customer acquisition, retention and loyalty, brand equity, awareness and engagement. You will be tasked with handling the company’s image through marketing campaigns, visual identity, compelling messaging and thoughtful partnerships. You will also oversee the marketing aspects of new product offerings & store openings and will work to ensure that our brand is widely understood both internally and externally.
    • You will need to be an enthusiastic multi-tasker with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to build relationships across internal and external teams.

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Revenue Generation & Market Share

    • Develop strategic direction and plans with regard to all marketing and communication functions in order to achieve objectives relating to revenue, profitability and market share

    Marketing & Communications Strategy

    • Develop, execute and analyze the company’s marketing strategy and plans, including promotions and acquisition campaigns
    • Test progressive and innovative ideas to position the brand including original campaign concepts that will help tell the company’s story and generate revenue, buzz, and brand love.

    Content & Social Media

    • Oversee the development and execution of the company’s content strategy across our platforms (internal and external) with the aim of building brand awareness and driving community engagement

    External Collaboration

    • Seek, manage and grow mutually beneficial relationships with key external partners
    • Develop partnerships with like-minded and complimentary brands to drive customer acquisition while engaging our target community.

    Project & Financial Management

    • Manage the company’s annual marketing budget and creatively deploy resources to maximize our impact

    Leadership / Management

    • Provide positive leadership by communicating the company’s vision, mission, goals, objectives and policies to the marketing & communication team, translating them into understandable performance indicators and targets for each individual team member.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
    • At least 10 years’ experience at a management level in a marketing or communications role in a fashion or retail business.
    • Experience working in a Startup.
    • Tech Savvy.
    • Demonstrated experience managing and training staff.
    • A deep understanding of how to use data to drive decisions.

    QSSK-LT-Van Sales Man

    Summary

    • The job’s overall purpose is to load and deliver finished goods to customers according to the product specifications and quantities from customer sales orders in a timely manner and in line with the prescribed company guidelines.

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that all FG are handled according to pre-defined loading SOPs with fully approved supporting documents;
    • Oversee and manage the loading process of all FG on delivery trucks and confirm that the quantities and products loaded match those on the customer sales orders;
    • Acknowledge Delivery Notes (DN) raised for all finished goods loaded on distributor vehicles from the warehouse;
    • Ensure constant liaison with the Sales and Transport department for accurate and timely loading and delivery of FG to customers including providing them with supporting documents such as invoices and delivery notes;
    • Inform customers in a timely manner of any unforeseen delays or problems in delivering their orders;
    • Support the sales team in customer relationship management such as; building and maintaining relationships with customers, keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales and constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer database by establishing new relationships
    • Confirm and acknowledge product returns from customers every week
    • Help the sales and marketing team in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events within the designated sales territories;
    • Report and record all risk issues and incidents identified during daily operations promptly in an incidence register and report the same to the Assistant Sales Manager and EHS team

     QUALIFICATIONS

    • A – Level high school certificate.

    QSSK-LT-MD-Merchandiser

    Summary

    • The overall purpose of the job is to generate sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services, ensuring the right product, quantity and price is on display in the right place and time.

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that the outlets’ stores and shelves are stocked with the required type and quantities of milk products to meet customer demand;
    • Receive and communicate all customer orders in line with their requirements and ensure optimum customer order fulfillment levels, accuracy, and timely delivery of orders;
    • Indicate price tags and arrange milk products on the shelves and rotate products in store using the First in First out (FIFO) method;
    • Establish and maintain a harmonious relationship with retail store owners and customers in order to increase sales, promote customer retention, and raise brand awareness;
    • Manage store shelves by removing expired or damaged products;
    • Perform stock takes of products in the stores and monitor store inventory based on sales and intake;
    • Ensure POS shelf wobblers are well priced during offers;
    • Become the first point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages with retail outlet owners/management and also updating and educating them on new products;
    • Give opinions and collaborate with Senior Sales Supervisors to ensure all promotions, giveaways or marketing activities are executed properly and timely;
    • Gather information and communicate on market trends, competitor’s activities and customer reactions/feedback to the Senior Sales Supervisor; and
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned
