Re-Advertisement – Sales Supervisor at HI Home

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly branch sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Drive sales of home appliances and proprietary brand products.
• Ensure excellent customer service and effectively handle escalated customer concerns.
• Oversee daily sales activities, product displays, merchandising and store standards.
• Conduct product and sales training for the team.
• Monitor attendance, discipline and overall team performance.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and performance reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales supervision.
• Strong and proven experience selling home appliances/electronics is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and lead a sales team.
• Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to train sales staff.
• Retail or home-appliance industry experience will be a strong advantage.
