Real Estate - Sales and Marketing Executive at Lavender Properties Limited

About the role:

• We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our property portfolio, generating and converting sales and letting leads, building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• This role is ideal for someone who is target driven, confident in client engagement and passionate about real estate, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Key Responsibilities 

• Market residential and commercial properties 
• Generate and follow up on sales and rental leads 
• Conduct property viewings and site visits 
• Maintain accurate client and sales records 
• Support social media and marketing campaigns 
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and updates 
• Identify and source new properties to support portfolio growth 
• Liaise with property owners and internal teams to close deals. 
• Prepare and present proposals to clients 
• Conduct market rental survey  

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Real Estate or a related field 
• Maximum of 2 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing 
• Self-driven with a results oriented mindset 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision 
• Valid driving license and driving experience
