    Recruitment Officer| Talent Acquisition

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle across multiple departments, contributing to the attraction and hiring of top talent.     Key Responsibilities

    • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
    • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team, including interview preparation and candidate communications.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Mandatory previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Minimum 1 year)

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

    Language Skills

    • Advanced English level (C1 or higher) is required.
    • Clear and neutral accent for effective communication with international candidates and stakeholders.

    • The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist / Collections Specialist is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in maximizing company cash flow, minimizing bad debt, and maintaining positive client relationships.

    Responsabilities

    • Proactively follow up with customers on past-due invoices via phone and email.
    • Manage the credit application process for new and existing customers, including collecting financial documents, assessing risk, and recommending credit limits.
    • Generate and distribute weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
