    Research & Data Analysis Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Marketing lead for all external research and internal performance analytics reports including flyer performance reporting, Brand tracking, Advertising tracking, NPD, and ad hoc projects.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Senior Leadership for Client, Product Channel and Marketing analytics and insights and provide deep analytical expertise as it relates clients, prospects, markets, channel, and products (beyond scope of product manager) including behavioral and business analysis.
    • Conduct / oversee customer and marketing analytics providing strategic and tactical business decision support and develop a fully integrated competitive picture and provide insight/foresight to support bank sales strategy development.
    • Consult within a team of analytics professionals in data management, developing both business and technical competencies and leverage appropriate internal and external resources to achieve goals.
    • Strategic decision support – project-based and ad hoc research and business analytics to structure, inform, and drive critical business decisions within divisions and/or at the corporate level.
    • Provide holistic insights by filling information gaps using a variety of sources, from primary and secondary research to competitive insights and in-house data analytics, as appropriate.
    • Working closely with Marketing Director on the development of any needed sales collateral and brand positioning tools including, but not limited to presentations, media kit sheets, sell sheets, competitive overviews.
    • Increase the international intellect across marketing and the wider business from a market and consumer outlook, at an EMEA perspective, through identifying and leveraging of actionable insights surfaced from both existing and primary research.
    • Contributing to the profitable top-line growth of a publicly traded consumer-focused company by uncovering behaviors and insights that result in breakthrough insights.
    • Challenge the traditional research method status quo.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
    • At least 4 years’ experience in FMCG or a research agency.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Very detailed and research oriented.
    • Must possess an inquisitive and creative mind.
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior.

    Business Development Manager

    About the role

    The role will lead, drive, and inspire the business planning, revenue growth deployment and broader multifunctional team by aligning the strategy and driving organizational excellence, ensuring quality of commercial forecast in order to fuel our business profitable growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with retailers both in store and online.
    • Articulate Commercial, Supply and Finance towards optimized sales planning.
    • Explore new business projects and monitor projects roll outs.
    • Drives the revenue growth deployment and embedment in the organization.
    • Anticipate risks, opportunities, and solutions to achieve RGM objectives and takes timely actions to achieve budget for RGM initiatives together with the multi-functional team.
    • Implements an automatized and standardized dashboard to constantly track and follow up on all revenue growth related business KPI’s.
    • Guarantee the quality of offline and online commercial forecast.
    • Help improving shopper insight competencies and playing a central role in a customer and shopper centric account plan building.
    • Work on the key grow-in-store fundamentals by category, optimized assortment, recommendation and planograms.
    • Lead and land retailer specific projects i.e., store reinvention, projects in store.
    • Lead transversal omnichannel marketing shopper activations with retailers.
    • Develop, manage, and embed in store and promo fundamentals across the business.
    • Develop and embed multi-functional ways between category strategy team, CMI, commercial, marketing and supply.

    Requirements

    • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
    • A blend of commercial and financial acumen.
    • Excellence in execution.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
