Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing. Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience, with experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
• Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, market development, and building client relationships.
• Ability to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Must have a valid Kenyan Driving License
• Experience in automotive, electric vehicles. leasing, financing, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Ability to set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare sales reports.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, customer service, and communication skills. Scope
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the Company's sales targets and business objectives.
• Supervise and manage the sales team, including assigning duties, monitoring performance and providing guidance.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement of the same.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Manage customer relationships, including addressing complaints, enquiries and other customer concerns.
• Oversee the sales process from customer engagement and negotiation to payment and vehicle handover.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.

 Qualifications:

• Ability to identify leads, approach potential customers, and convert prospects into customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and confidently explain vehicle features, pricing, leasing, and lease-to-own options.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Promote and sell Moja EV electric vehicles while sourcing and onboarding customers for lease and lease-to-own programs.
• Identify potential customers, follow up on leads, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and convert prospects into vehicle sales, leases, or lease-to-own customers.
• Meet assigned targets for vehicle sales, deposits, lease onboarding, and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist customers with required documentation and coordinate the sales process through to vehicle delivery.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities for Moja EV.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales, and leasing activities.
