    Business Development Officer- Lead Converter

    Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

    • Engage with qualified leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
    • Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored pension solutions.
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams.
    • Report on conversion rates and sales performance.
