    SAP S4Hana FICO & PS (Private Cloud)

    The SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and Project Systems (PS) Systems Analyst will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP S/4 FICO and PS solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP PS solutions. They will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Implement, configure and support SAP S/4 HANA FICO and PS solutions for our internal customers to meet business requirements.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO and PS module
    • Collaborate with business departments to understand their needs and requirements and provide SAP S/4 HANA FICO and PS solutions that align with business goals.
    • Understand the FICO integration points and work closely with modules other modules, including SAP Sales and distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Production (PP) ) to ensure seamless process flow.
    • Provide advice on SAP best practices for optimizing business processes using SAP technology
    • Enforce system policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with the Krones S/4 HANA Template
    • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure successful project delivery
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP S/4 HANA FICO and PS solutions
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system capabilities, and streamline workflows.
    • Design, implement, and test system updates; resolve issues; troubleshoot problems; and identify design needs.
    • Conduct key-user and end-user training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower end-users and facilitate adoption of SAP S/4 HANA FICO and PS solutions

    Qualification, Experience, Behaviours & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, or related field.
    • Must have a combined experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance module and Project Systems module is required
    • Minimum of 5 years of implementation & support experience in SAP FICO and PS consulting.
    • Strong understanding of the SAP FICO and PS integration points with other modules, including SAP SD, MM and PP to ensure seamless process flow.
    • SAP certification in FI/CO and PS modules is an added advantage
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a global and international team
    • Experience working in a manufacturing organization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to travel
    • Fluent in English
