    Seller Growth Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and onboard high potential sellers that align with the platform's goals
    • Guide new sellers through account registration, ensuring they understand the platform's policies and procedures.
    • Maintain regular communication with sellers, address their inquiries and share updates on platform initiatives
    • Develop and implement strategies that maximize sellers' sales growth and profitability
    • Monitor stores' sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
    • Provide guidance and support to sellers to help them optimize their product listings, improve fulfillment processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
    • Take the lead in the improvement of seller experience on Kilimall platform

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing
    • Experience in sales, account management, or business development
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices is an added advantage

    Fleet Management Offier

    Responsibilities

    • Engage customers, offer truck options, and aid in selection.
    • Master truck details: features, specs, performance, and pricing.
    • Handle sales process start to finish: contact, negotiation, paperwork.
    • Drive leads via referrals, cold calls, networking, and inquiries.
    • Deliver top-notch pre/post-sale service, addressing concerns.
    • Stay updated on market trends, adjust sales strategies.
    • Cultivate relationships for repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide sales updates, forecasts to senior management.
    • Collaborate with team for smooth operations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A Diploma in Business administration, marketing, sales, logistics or a related field is preferred.
    • Prior experience in sales, especially in the automotive industry or related sectors, is advantageous.
    • Experience in showroom sales specifically can be beneficial.
    • Strong understanding of trucks, their features, specifications, and performance metrics is essential.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Adherence to ethical standards, integrity in dealing with customers and stakeholders, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
