    Marketing Coordinator

    Key Requirements:

    • Assist the Marketing Consultant and any agencies employed with the implementation of the company’s brands and their strategies
    • Work with the Marketing Consultant and sales team to ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals

    Head of Marketing

    Key Requirements:

    • Develop and implement the Group Marketing strategies and plans to deliver on Bank plans, objectives, and products.
    • Support Marketing country and business teams with the bank strategy, marketing and business strategies & plans, formulations & operations of events and sponsorships.

    Qualifications:

    Chief Engineer

    Key Requirements:

    • Overseeing, advising, planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing all Engineering and maintenance functions.
    • Ensure maximum plant, equipment, building and services/utilities availability, reliability, and efficiency for optimum production.
    • Develop and coordinate focused and effective maintenance team.

    • Observe consumption of electricity and steam. Recommend solution to preserve powers and steam consumption.
    • Provide Records on Furnace oil and electric consumption on a weekly basis.
    • Check Ph value of the water – used in the Estate and Factory and keep records.
    • Maintain machine and equipment inventories and sign monthly returns on the spare part stock.
    • Prepare a reasonable Budget and work to agreed financial estimates.
    • Advise employees on the use of personal protective equipment i.e. masks, goggles etc. and enforce the use of the same.
    • Ensure that all operations in your workshop/factory are carried out in a healthy and safe environment and all recommendations are fully implemented and complied with.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with adequate knowledge in Electrical Engineering
    • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
    • 15 Years with at least 5 years as a Chief Engineer in a Manufacturing Set-up
    • A sound understanding of Engineering Principles

    Operational Acceptance Testing (QA Tester)

    Key Requirements:

    • Executes test cases under varying circumstances

    Change Manager/System Administrator

    Key Requirements:

    • Establishes the process for change management and ensures that each change follows the complete procedure to ensure minimum disruption to IT services.
    • Evaluates all requests for change (RFCs) to determine the impact on business processes and IT services, and to assess whether the change will adversely affect the operational environment and introduce unacceptable risk.
    • Chairs the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensures the CAB has the information needed to evaluate changes.
    • Authorizes acceptable changes, either alone or after a CAB meeting has taken place.

    • Produces regular management reports.
    • Works with Configuration Management to ensure that configuration item (CI) changes are entered in the change management database (CMDB).

    Qualification:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in computer science
    • Must have ITIL v4 experience, with practitioner certification in change management.
    • Use of change management tools.
    • Knowledge of deployment and implementation methodologies of related technical change management experience.
    • Experience in project management and knowledge of approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

    Key Requirements:

    • Develop all internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all financial compliance requirements are met.

    Survey Technician

    Key Requirements:

    • Coordination of Site Survey activities
    • Establishing ground survey controls including GPS network, Traverse stations and benchmarks
    • Responsible for Planning the quality control of the Surveying works and associated joint measurements.
    • Carrying out a Topographical survey
    • Verifying correctness of the basic setting out data for the contract relative to existing ground features and drawing the attention of the contractor to the non-compliance
