    Supervisor- Nakuru

    • The Team Leader will oversee and support a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales targets, ensure daily field performance, and provide accurate reporting to management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
    • Plan and assign daily routes and sales targets.
    • Conduct field visits to monitor performance and provide guidance.
    • Ensure sales representatives follow brand guidelines and maintain professionalism.
    • Consolidate daily sales data and submit accurate reports to the Project Lead.
    • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and product inquiries.
    • Conduct briefings, training, and performance reviews for the team.
    • Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and brand visibility in the field.
    • Resolve field challenges and escalate issues when necessary.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 year experience in field sales supervision or FMCG sales leadership.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
    • Ability to motivate and influence a sales team.
