What You Will Do

• Drive Sales & Conversions: Master high-impact outbound calls to prospect, convert, and onboard micro-retailers onto the KUZA credit product.
• Manage the Customer Pipeline: Follow up on warm leads, maintain structured pitch strategies, and guide applicants smoothly through credit checks and initial disbursements.
• Maintain Portfolio Health: Conduct proactive early-stage repayment follow- ups to protect portfolio quality and help merchants build strong credit habits.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Utilize auto-dialers and modern CRM systems to maintain precise records and adhere to strict compliance, KYC/KYB, and data privacy protocols.

Who You Are

• We are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving financial inclusion.
• Experienced: You hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or KCSE with relevant experience) and bring 1–2 years of success in a target-driven telesales, outbound call center, or collections role.
• Bilingual Communicator: You are fluent in both English and Kiswahili, with the natural ability to connect authentically with micro-retailers.
• Resilient & Persuasive: You maintain high energy across high call volumes, handle objections constructively, and deliver winning value propositions quickly.
• Disciplined & Tech-Savvy: You possess strong computer skills, are
• comfortable navigating CRM tools and auto-dialers, and operate with high ethical standards.
• Bonus: Prior experience working with FMCG distribution, mobile money, or credit products is highly desirable.
