Responsibilities
- You will Coordinate and oversee the aggregation of Macadamia and Avocado from farm gates across the country. Ensure produce is collected at designated collection points in line with daily or weekly schedules. This includes optimised loading and routing to maximise truck utilization and minimize transit times.
- You will record and maintain detailed logs of quantities collected, truck loading times, and delivery schedules.
- You will ensure a smooth, documented handover of Macadamia and Avocado from trucks to the factory receiving team.
- You will enforce company policies, SOPs and safety requirements throughout aggregation and transport activities.
- You will plan and execute all aggregation and transport activities to meet agreed SLA's for on-time delivery.
- You will drive continues improvement to aggregation, loading and delivery processes to enhance efficiency, cost effectiveness, and product quality.
- Enforce company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements throughout aggregation and transport activities.
- Monitor adherence to cold-chain or handling requirements to minimize damage and losses.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Supply chain, with at least 3 years focusing on Logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Google Suites and tracking tools.
- Proficiency in building and managing complex formulas and functions in Google Sheets to support data analysis.

To plan, coordinate and oversee the aggregation and delivery of Macademia & dried fruit products while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance and movement of goods across the supply chain. You will be a part of LOG Soko Team and will report directly to Macadamia & Dried Fruit Specialist. This role is based in Nairobi and is onsite.

We are seeking an inventory and data management professional with experience in supply chain operations, data systems, or retail inventory oversight to lead inventory accuracy across Tupande's rural retail network. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that requires managing inventory counts, correcting system errors, and driving process improvements across 300+ rural shops.
You will report to the Inventory and Data Management (IDM) Team Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Inventory Oversight
- Lead and coordinate physical inventory counts in 1–2 regions.
- Investigate and resolve variances between physical and system records.
- Ensure accurate inventory adjustments following SOPs.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce shrink and enhance data reliability.
System Accuracy and Quality Control
- Correct inventory errors in Odoo and other ERP systems.
- Monitor and resolve QC flags on non-standard transactions.
- Ensure 100% review and approval of all inventory adjustments and resets.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Duka teams, Asili department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in inventory practices.

Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Track and report on key inventory KPIs including shrink rate, transfer accuracy, and reconciliation timelines.
