    Quality Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze taskers’ work output against guidelines/standards and providing feedback
    • Coaching taskers and helping them improve on their weaknesses
    • Providing feedback to Team Leaders on identified areas that individual members of the team need to improve on for coaching
    • Compiling and sending daily, weekly and monthly quality reports and send to the Quality Analyst Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders
    • Collaborating with Operations to ensure that best standards are revised and updated where need be
    • Providing feedback and recommendations on recurring and widespread gaps that should be addressed through training/refresher trainings
    • Maintaining an up-to-date record of individual taskers’ quality performance for use in performance reviews

    Senior Project Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage overall performance and governance of the Statements of Work 
    • Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with the requirements and SLAs set out in this SOW
    • Prompt identification and resolution of service delivery issues including implementation of preventative measures
    • Flag and escalate business risks timely to the client
    • Transition management during the setup phases or expansion phases
    • Establish the vendor infrastructure necessary to perform the services, including all technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
    • Install all Service delivery processes and Service Level reporting mechanisms
    • Provide exceptional  mentorship and career development to your team to achieve low attrition levels and high employee engagement

    Project Manager

    Director of Finance and Operations

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
    • Develop a data warehouse and automate KPI’s across business to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Perform regular financial analysis, develop budgets, and conduct variance analysis.
    • Lead DFID and Challenge Fund grants, reporting and program management
    • Monitor and track personnel and payroll data to provide relevant management information.
    • Recognize patterns in company spending, revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas.
    • Improve efficiency by eliminating unnecessary reporting and implementing new streamline controls and reporting for AP/AR and payroll.
    • Design and implement oversight tools that enable departments to reconcile charge processing to schedules and monitor daily productivity. 
    • Develop full suite of financial and cost accounting procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting of information to operations and owners.
    • Create and implement automated accounts payable process and procedures resulting in a more efficient, accurate and timely product delivery system.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate principals, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
    • Outstanding leadership skills.
    • Ability to think independently and motivated.
    • Experience at an early stage tech startup or proven track record operating in the earliest stages of a company.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Be a critical part of the leadership team & strategic decision making
    • Lead strategy and execution for learning and development for the entire organization
    • Improving and overseeing processes for worker onboarding, training, and upskilling
    • Ownership of LMS, including selection of LMS platform, content creation, internal roll-out and upkeep
    • Create new strategic initiatives to further develop our workforce and the underserved communities we operate in
    • Build out delivery team capabilities and optimize new workstreams
    • Spearhead grant partnerships and expansion into new geographies
    • Vetting and onboarding new sites and distributor partners for new regions
