    Regional Domain Manager - Fleets & Vehicles

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Drive end-to-end execution of Fleets & Vehicles programs across multiple markets, including financing, branding, electrification, KAM, fleet support, and fleet deals
    • Own regional KPIs such as financed vehicle GMV share, branding penetration, electrification mix, KAM coverage, and program profitability
    • Translate global strategies into actionable execution plans aligned with local supply dynamics
    • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent delivery against targets
    • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources toward the highest ROI opportunities, managing trade-offs effectively
    • Act as the bridge between central and local teams by surfacing regulatory challenges, supply-side constraints, and operational insights
    • Contribute to program improvement by providing structured feedback and helping evolve scalable frameworks and playbooks
    • Collaborate closely with General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
    • Build capabilities within local teams by sharing best practices, enabling knowledge transfer, and supporting business case developme

    • You have 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles with regional or multi-country scope
    • You have a proven track record of delivering and scaling multi-market programs with measurable results
    • You bring a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience managing performance metrics, budgets, and ROI
