    Assistant Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing daily sales and expense reports.
    • Post transactions into accounting systems.
    •  Handle petty cash, reconciliations, and filing of records.
    •  Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
    •  Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
    •  Work closely with management to track revenue and cost efficiency.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • CPA Part II (minimum).
    • At least 1 year of accounting/finance experience.
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
    •  High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

    Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, client relations, and service delivery.
    • Supervise and motivate salon staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists, barbers).
    • Monitor stock levels, procurement, and supplier relationships.
    • Implement and enforce salon standards, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
    • Drive revenue growth through excellent customer service and upselling.
    • Handle client feedback, complaints, and ensure repeat business.
    • Prepare operational reports and liaise with management on performance.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 3–5 years of proven experience in salon/beauty industry operations (mandatory).
    • Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

    Barber

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality barbering services: haircuts, shaving, grooming, styling.
    • Advise clients on hair care, styles, and grooming products.
    • Maintain salon hygiene and sterilization of tools at all times.
    • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure repeat clientele.
    • Support the salon team in maintaining a welcoming environment.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Certificate in Barbering or equivalent training.
    • At least 2 years’ proven barbering experience in a reputable salon/barbershop.
    • Up-to-date with modern haircut styles, trends, and techniques.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Professional grooming and presentation.
