    Talent Shared Services Specialist

    Role Summary

    • As a Talent Shared Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient, comprehensive and accurate HR Support within the Shared Service team to all CloudFactory employees across different locations  in collaboration with the Global Talent Team.
    • This includes HR administrative support in all CloudFactory Talent Processes, Employee Documentation and Employee-Related  Data.

    Responsibilities:

    • Undertake accurate and timely employee administration/transactional processes, including; making changes to individual terms and conditions, document processing, onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility etc
    • Liaising and working collaboratively with Global Talent Team (Talent Business Partners and Heads of Talent across locations) to provide an efficient and effective services 
    • Input information and  maintain documents, employee records and data on HRIS  to agreed procedures and compliance standards 
    • Ensure that all HRIS data and other Talent Databases  are accurately updated and maintained.
    • Regularly conduct audits on HRIS and Talent Databases to ensure that we are compliant with ISO 9001, ISO  27001, SOC 2 Standards and local employment laws.
    • Preparing Shared Service related reports for the stakeholders enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. 
    • Provide excellent service to employees by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information

    Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar  role

    Senior Talent Management Specialist

    Role Summary

    • As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in providing hands-on support for people operations and employee relations in Kenya, ensuring consistent application of policies, processes, and employment practices.
    • You will work closely with the larger Global Talent Team and Finance Team to ensure fair and objective case management, provide operational HR support, and ensure compliance, while partnering closely with the Head of Talent for escalations and complex matters.

    Responsibilities:

    Employee Relations Management

    Manage employee relations matters including:

    • Disciplinary cases
    • Investigations
    • Performance improvement plans
    • Behavioral and conduct issues
    • Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of cases.

    Manager Support

    Provide guidance to managers on:

    • Employee relations processes
    • Performance management procedures
    • Policy interpretation
    • Handling employee concerns

    Talent Lifecycle Coordination

    Support operational aspects of the employee lifecycle including:

    • Onboarding coordination
    • Performance management processes
    • Offboarding procedures
    • Benefits administration support

    Compliance & Documentation

    • Maintain proper documentation for HR cases
    • Ensure compliance with Kenya labor regulations and internal policies
    • Support audits and reporting requirements.

    Culture & Engagement Initiatives

    Support delivery of:

    • Employee recognition programs
    • Engagement initiatives
    • Local culture and team events
    • Global or regional talent initiatives

    Requirements

    Must Have skills (required).

    • Employee Relations Expertise: Proven experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and workplace grievances with fairness and consistency.
    • Knowledge of Kenyan Labour Law: Strong working knowledge of the Employment Act, 2007 and ability to apply it in real workplace scenarios.
    • Stakeholder Management: Ability to advise and coach managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation.
    • Investigation & Analytical Skills: Skilled in gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and preparing clear, well-structured reports.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to handle sensitive and high-stakes conversations professionally.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance tracking.
    • Integrity & Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

    Academic and Professional Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field required
    • CHRP(K) certification
    • 5–8+ years in HR, with at least 3 years focused on Employee Relations or HR Operations

    Nice To Have skills (Preferred)

    • Experience in a global or matrix organization
    • Familiarity with HR systems 
    • Exposure to performance management and employee engagement initiatives
