    Commercial Manager

    Key Tasks

    • Contribute to defining commercial/pricing strategy including planning, key initiatives, systems, tools and budgets
    • Ensure delivery and quality of proposal development and commercial/pricing programs to understand customer needs, determine appropriate commercial/pricing for the business and enhance competitive position of the business offerings
    • Support development of commercial/pricing strategies for a portfolio of products across targeted market segments to achieve targeted market positioning
    • Ensure development of competitive and consistent commercial/pricing proposals and support annual pricing reviews
    • Develop and implement commercial/pricing models, tools, systems and processes to ensure effective and value-driven pricing decision making and commercial/pricing management and efficient responses to commercial/pricing requests
    • Ensure the process for price setting, analysis and review of commercial/pricing requests to achieve highest quality standards and internal controls
    • Lead analysis of profitability and rate levels for existing and potential business and commercial/pricing and provide management reports
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations for commercial/pricing decisions
    • Ensure documentation of price proposals and communication to relevant stakeholders according to standards
    • Analyze and research market findings to interpret competitive landscape and identify target market position by geography, market segment, customer group, etc.
    • Suggest and implement best in class pricing practices and knowledge sharing
    • Implement short to mid-term commercial/pricing strategy for either a broad portfolio or specific products or services

    Stakeholders

    • Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
    • Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across Hillebrand Gori
    • Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
    • Advise customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools

    Management Responsibility

    • Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.

    Warehouse Supervisors

     About the role Key duties and responsibilities

    • Conduct daily spot checks to ensure warehouse staff adhere to rules and procedures as published in the relevant operations SOP.
    • Supervise storage and outbound activities of shipments in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
    • Ensure all activities are updated in the JDA system, from receipt, picking and any approved adjustments.
    • Ensure correct stacking and storage procedures are adhered to as per SOP and QHSE rules.
    • Perform monthly stock takes with gap analysis and action plan follow-up in accordance with SOP.
    • Ensure goods are properly moved, handled, and stored safely in compliance with handling and conditional requirements.
    • Ensure that all QHSE regulations are complied with to ensure safe working conditions and practices within the warehouse.
    • Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports.
    • Ensure security procedures are adhered to as per SOP in warehouse always and perform daily checks for compliancy.
    • Representing DSC in a professional manner to customers.
    • Ensure proper housekeeping to eliminate workplace hazards.
    • Adhere to all DSC Health and safety rules and regulations and those of our clients.
    • Responsible for the supervision of workers engaged in receiving, put away, storage, picking, loading, and despatching activities.

    About you

    • Relevant University degree or Diploma in Business Management/ Supply Chain Management/Purchasing and Supply Management.
    • Educated to High School as a standard.
    • 3+ years’ Experience in Warehouse Operations.
    • Training in Warehousing.
    • Microsoft office proficiency.

    Site Leads

    About the role Key duties and responsibilities

    • Implement actions as directed to reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks.
    • Ensure the team applies the Safety Standards and relevant guidelines.
    • Implement defined processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local legal obligations.
    • Implement Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program on a daily basis to confirm behaviours and processes are followed as specified.
    • Implement the required security measures to protect the site premises, including the safety of personnel, DSC assets and of the customer's product for the required area.
    • Implement and supervise the adherence of up-to-date processes, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and associated forms to achieve prescribed outputs.
    • Respond to or escalate customer issues within clear guidelines and recommend solutions.
    • Supervise day-to-day performance, including achievement of agreed customer KPIs and other internal KPIs (e.g. safety, operational, employee related etc).
    • Implement the Site Development Plan identified actions for the required area.
    • Representing DSC in a professional manner to customers.
    • Ensure proper housekeeping to eliminate workplace hazards.
    • Adhere to all DSC Health and safety rules and regulations and those of our clients.

    About you
