    Call for Baseline Enumerators

    Key Skills:

    • Data Collection: Conduct household surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), and key informant interviews (KIIs) using standardized tools.
    • Data Quality & Accuracy: Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of all responses; verify entries before submission.
    • Digital Data Capture: Collect and upload data daily using mobile data collection platforms such as KoboCollect, ODK, or Survey CTO.
    • Ethical Conduct: Obtain informed consent from respondents, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to ethical research and safeguarding standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in surveys or baseline studies
    • Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Statistics, Community Development, Public Health, or a related field.
    • Fluent in English & Kiswahili
    • Experience with KoboCollect / ODK / Survey CTO
    • Basic Microsoft Excel skills

    Part-Time Human Resources & Admin Officer

    Responsibility/ Terms of Reference

    • Lead HR and Administration, ensuring strong policies, workforce planning, and organizational development; advise senior leadership on strategic HR direction.
    • Ensure organizational decisions align with legal and institutional frameworks.
    • Manage recruitment and onboarding of qualified staff in a timely and compliant manner.
    • Oversee performance management systems and identify high-potential staff forsuccession planning.
    • Coordinate staff training and capacity-building programs and promote a positive work environment.
    • Oversee general administrative functions including office management, logistics, travel, and asset management.
    • Manage procurement following established guidelines to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
    • Generate timely HR reports for management and donors.
    • Ensure payroll inputs are accurate, timely, and compliant with organizational policies.

    Level of Education & Qualifications

    The minimum required academic and professional skills for the jobholder to perform successfully in their job are:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and Administration experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in NGOs or development sector.
    • Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of Kenyan labor laws.
    • Maintains privacy and confidentiality in all HR matters and organizational records.
    • Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
